Awesome work by the young woman that took care of me! Fast and easy process, great customer service by all staff.

I used this place when it was formerly MyEyelab, nothing but positive experiences. I was in a motorcycle accident which left my prescription glasses broken so I called the Stanton office to inquire about reordering the ones I had prior to the accident. They had all of my information (from 2021-2022), was able to craft my frames and lenses same day, and they were ready within 30 minutes of my phone call! Such amazing service, it made my day. Celia was the one who took my call and I met her at the office, SUPER kind. Thank you!

Never again will I use Eyelab! If i could put 0 stars i would. Coatings they charged me for, had a defect and made them unwearable. Was never offered lens warranty at time of purchase. Did not want to attempt to male things right. And now they want to charge me who knows how much again to replace my defective lens? No thanks. I will take my business to a company that honors their work

Celia was very kind and helpful, very professional. Easy peasy and they give you the deals they gave tell you upfront offer add ons with no pressure! Got some beautiful glasses and I can’t wait to get them.

Made us feel comfortable and accommodated, took care of my parents that have a language barrier so at times simple exams were taking longer than anticipated. So me and my wife went to get new glasses and we thought they were not right. But behold we had to be taught how to look through our glasses. The ladies were so patient and nice.best eye glass place I've ever been. Thanks Celia and Cindy.your awesome

The shop was very clean and organized and I was seen to promptly and professionally. The range of frames was excellent and the staff member (Miranda) who served me was very helpful and informative. The optometrist who checked my eyes was wonderful and explained
everything to me. Overall experience was wonderful.

Be very careful with them, when the order is placed they send a message and after it arrived the glasses are not there because they were stolen hahaha. And then wait another week for some and today they call me that they are there and boom the glass is scratched noooo I'm already tired of waiting another week

I called just to get the prescription they have on file. Whatever contacts they gave it does not seem right. My right eye is super blurry and left eye could be better.
The number says "817" but you are calling a call center, probably not even local.
He told me he has to send in a request for a follow up appointment.
Come on now. I just need you to tell me my presentation.
And they quoted me $125 on the phone I end up paying $205.
When you call they have no idea. They are just a call center!
So when I went up there Celia was nothing but nice, so I will give them a 3star. She deserves a 5star. But as a company. I just really do not like the Optometrist is on a screen. And are they really Optometrist.

Bought two pair of glasses from this company and the nose pads are falling off. That part isn’t a big deal that can happen no matter where you purchase your glasses. My biggest regret is that the lens on one of the pair are peeling at the bottom. Took them in and they didn’t do anything. Basically said that it looks like a dog chewed on them and it’s not covered. I personally don’t recommend this place for eyeglasses. Will not be going back them ever again.

If I could give this company minus 5 stars I would. Worst experience on the planet. I've been waiting over a month for the other half of my order and they've been lying to me saying it will be ready in a few days for almost 3 weeks now. Spend your money elsewhere!

My entire eye Exam appointment was a complete waste of time. Because they only have techs at this location, they could not even give me a prescription.

Incredible staff! The whole process was super fast and easy. Celia went above and beyond to help me with a little situation I had with my contacts. I can’t wait to come back and purchase my glasses!
