Mak was fantastic! He deserves a raise and promotion for sure. I was pretty nervous since I hadn’t gotten my eyes checked in years but he was very easy to talk to and even helped me pick out some frames that look good for my face.
I got a BOGO on new frames that look super cool plus some contacts to try out. A+

DO NOT GO TO MY EYE LAB! If I could give this location a negative star review, it would be a negative 10! Last year I went for my annual exam and to purchase glasses. Had the "virtual" exam in the store. DON'T DO THE VIRTUAL EXAM! They got my prescription wrong! I went back 2 more times to have it corrected and that never happened. I was so fed up with the lack of service, I just left. Then not even 9 months later, the metal on my frames started to deteriorate! Yesterday I went for my annual eye exam with a different provider, after having lived with a bad prescription for almost a year and they actually showed me what my prescription should have been versus what My Eye Lab gave me! I knew it was wrong I just did not know how wrong it was! Will never go back and will never recommend My Eye Lab to anyone EVER!

Came in with a broken frame and the people really worked with me and my schedule to get me a new frame. Mak was kind enough to let me have the frame in store at no cost, and the whole process took less than 10 minutes.

When it came to optical knowledge Mak had the best practices which made me feel confident during the entire interaction. From the selection process to the final product I was super pleased and will be back. Mak was personable and proved to be a huge help.

I have never waited so long for a pair of glasses, its been over 3 months and my glasses are delayed every time I check the status. This has been the worst place ever to get my glasses. Do Not recommend!

I've walked into several retail eyeglass stores in the recent past. It didn't take me very long to make a u-turn and head out the door.
The Richardson, Texas location, Campbell & Coit, is very different. The solo staff member actually made me feel like a customer. He was extremely patient with me while I was making my frame choice. Additionally, he has alot of product knowledge, especially with your lens selection.
I was quite pleased with my experience at this paricular MyEyelab location.
I hope when I pick-up my glasses in a few days that the final product will be as good as my initial purchase experience.

I had one pair of contacts left and I was beginning to panic. So I went to My Eyelab on Richardson (where I got them the first time) and Mak was so very helpful and friendly. Not only he helped me to place a new order, he also provided me with more trial contact lenses to make sure I have enough until my order arrives. Thank you for great customer service!

I had such a smooth transaction and eye testing and Dr.visit with the teledoc and with Mak the technician. Mak was awesome and answered all my questions and was so patient and attentive to my needs and he is so awesome and this was an awesome experience! Thank you Mak, you are awesome and ROCK!

My experience at My EyeLab was great! John was a great help. He gave great customer service and was very nice. Usually don’t have great experience when purchasing glasses/contacts but glad I was helped by John!

This is the worst place that I have ever been too and will never come back again. Who takes a month and a half to get glasses back? When I tried to cancel they wanted to offer me half of the money back with an attitude. I reached out to my financial company and let them know what was going on because I was getting charged for glasses I didn't have yet. My financial team is great and listened to me.

Broke my frames and had no money until payday. Pulling up to the store I felt nothing except a pit in my stomach as I know I would get hassled to buy new products. Upon entering in the store I was greeted with a smile and a welcome. The store wasn’t that busy and I was immediately directed to the store manager. As I’m telling him my situation I felt very at ease. After explaining what had happened the young man gave me a couple new options. Of course the first option was to get a new set. I explained how that would not be an option. Instead he found a new solution that will work until I’m ready for a new set. My eye lab in Richardson will have my business from now on. Great customer service, and the friendly and understanding staff is all I could have asked for! Five stars!
