Carlin was both super down to earth and professional, and ensured we got a quality install of windows and a new sliding glass door. Eric did the install, and goodness did he attend to every detail of the installation with care and precision! He was also very friendly and kept us informed of any issues that needed decisions. He gave us plenty of options with each decision, and respected our choices while politely offering his expert opinion. My husband and I were both very impressed with how smooth - and even pleasant - the whole process went, and we have this excellent business to thank! The windows look amazing, we already can tell a huge difference in noise and temperature control!
