5 Tried using staples for an Amazon return and I am 110% dissatisfied. It’s been a MONTH and my package was never shipped out. They claim it’s not their fault but I disagree. If the return barcode would have been generated then there would have been an update in my Amazon account concerning the item AND the carrier would have known that there was a missing pickup package from staples that never made it to their local station. But Amazon never got the package and there is no barcode label/number to associate my package with. To top it off, the staff was rude and abrupt about the situation.
Horrible experience
Love this place. I mean… don’t get in a hurry here but if you have the time they have some great friendly employees. You can also catch some great deals here.
Went in to buy a new laptop and printer. Lori the salesperson that worked with me was outstanding as were other workers. Very friendly very knowledgeable. Walked out extremely happy with everything I needed at a good price.
Went in today and found several things according to the signs on the shelves were on sale, when I got to the register NOTHING came up on sale. The guy at the register said, "Those were old sale signs I need to remove", when I brought up the price at the register did not match the price at the shelves.
Now I remember why I have avoided Staples in the past because of their practices. I will not be returning again.
Employees are nice, management rude, eveything is overpriced, and they push their warranty too much even after I said no
