Star 35 Laundry, Bay City TX

Love this place, it's clean and people that work there are always so helpful and nice.

I would like to give it no star. But it doesn't allow it. So I got to this place at 7: 45 pm before last load and the laundrymat closes at 9pm. But I've came here before and other laundrymats that closes at 9pm but don't kick you out while drying your clothes. It's so unprofessional. This lady did just that.she kicked me out and it was bearly 9: pm I was asking her why? My clothes ain't dry yet and she was just stuttering. But didn't know what to say I couldn't understand her. It seems to me she was making up an excuse to leave. Being in yhe customer service industry you shouldn't treat your customers like this especially paying high priced washing machines and laundry detergents. Thank you but no thank you will not be coming back.this lady was rude and disrespectful. Wow.

Dropped off laundry for full service. The price was $1.25/lb. 2 hours later we picked up our laundry and it was all laundered and folded nicely. Thank you for a positive experience w.
