STAR * BARKS DOG GROOMING SALON, Cypress TX

The worse customer service I had ever… the only reason I chose this place because my dog groomer is fully booked and I needed him to be groomed on that day. My appointment was at 9: 00am I started calling this place since 8: 30 (their opening time according to their official website) to confirm their location and nobody responded, so at 9 she called me telling me that she is outside waiting, it looks like I was parking in the wrong spot so I arrived at 9: 02 she gave me the worse attitude ever blaming me of being late 2 minutes and she is not supposed to wait because she has other things to do! When she saw my dog she told me oh he is tangled and can’t do anything other than shave him And that I’m abusing him for not shave his hair off.
Ps: I took my dog to his original groomer and they did a wonderful job with him without even think of shaving the hair:)

Its my first time writing a review but their unprofessionalism force me to do so.not recommend to anybody unless they fix their attitude.
