I was a customer for the first time there and I was help out from an associate from star furniture. She explain the details and took her time to help out with the product of choosing, I recommend Mrs. Nettie Cooper, she is very helpful in everything and I appreciate the help in finding what I was look for. Please give her a raise and I recommend her for the explanation and everything in helping out her customers. Thank You So Much.

Ask for Darryl Adams when you go to buy. He's always professional and knows all of his products. Wouldn't shop from anyone else. Now this is Star Furniture in Southwest Houston on 59 at Hillcroft.

They took the time to go through all the items I needed and did the best at trying to get everything delivered in a timely manner.

Excellent Customer service. From the start Niki helped us in the showroom. She pointed out the sofas that we were interested in and then left us to make our choice. She then helped us find accent chairs. Thank you Nikki for all your help. Very pleasant shopping experience. Once we got the sofas delivered we noticed some defects on one of the sofas. I called Niki directly, she told us to call the customer service department. They were so helpful and took care of our issues immediately. Niki checked back the next day to be sure everything was ok. That's going above and beyond. Thanks Star for your excellent service.

We had ordered a couple of items on clearance which were back ordered. One of the items would no longer be available so we received a compatible item instead. For this inconvenience we were given free delivery. Overall it was a good experience.

We were in an emergency situation with my mother in law in the emergency room. We had to purchase a specific kind of recliner that evening. We called Star and Bill found the oerfect chair, wrapped it for pick up and handled the entire transaction professionally and with such care. One month later, we needed another chair identical to the first one. Bill took the info and connected us with exactly what we wanted over the phone. Absolutely great service!

Christina Doel the manager of the Star Furniture Willowbrook location, Kay Proctor sales consultant and Daniel (manager of operations in Sugarland location) went above and beyond to help my experience with the store an awesome one. They helped me find the 2 chairs i needed which involved me being allowed to switch out one chair from one location to another to complete and match a set i was trying to complete for my sister. I really appreciate their efforts.
