The salesperson was very knowledgeable and tried to show me just what I was looking for. He knew I was trying to save money, so he showed me a couch that was a close out price.
I love shopping at Star Furniture. The quality is impeccable, and the service is top notch.
I worked with Carla at the Cipus location. She was very attentive And helpful. I will be going back to order more items from Carla in the future
I purchased a full living room set. My rocker/recliner broke within a week and so far I have had to take off work 3 times while they attempt to fix it. Waiting for my 4th visit.

Store was styled to precision, Yolanda was extremely helpful and explained everything I asked. Pricing what excellent and wished I had more homes to furinish.
Sales team will obviously had given good service, they're trying to sell you a product. However, just beware of protection plans from company. Sales pitch is that you can call number and they will come take care issue, whether to repair or replace. First, the filing process is not simple as they sell it. It is not handled by Star customer service, and you have to provide original purchase receipt to a separate department submitted online and someone will call you back. This process itself takes several weeks. My part has been on order for over 3 months and going. Periodic text message of parts not available but no call back from tech and customer service on resolution. Supplies are limited, but are there no other vendors available? Chair is stuck in recline position, tech has not come out to put it down and I'm fearful of further damage. I tried to call store manager, also no response. Poor response from all departments.
Purchased an England sofa from Cypress location. Had looked at it a week ago and had excellent service from Steve, our sales associate. I’m sure I’ll be very pleased when it’s delivered at a later date (by choice). Steve was very accommodating and it was an overall good experience.

The process of selecting and purchasing was seamless! Great company and staff! This is my go to store!
If I could give a negative rating I would. We purchased this sectional sofa in early June 2023. Immediately we could tell the sofa was defective. I contacted customer service immediately and informed them the sofa was terrible. Star sent out a replacement piece and that piece was not any better. You can see every slat of wood and the frame of the sofa outlines perfectly. It is the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen. I call (and e-mail) customer service every week to check the status of our refund. My emails and calls go unanswered. We have been dealing with this since June and it is now the end of September and nothing has changed. I've been a Star Furniture customer for a long time, but never again. Such a disappointment. This sofa is manufactured by Fusion.it is literally falling apart. Star Furniture what a disappointment and shame on you for not taking care of your customers.
Karina Talamantez made my shopping experience a great one. She knew the merchandise and the makers very well. I will look for her when I return in the near future. Karina and the cashier worked very well as a team to make my transaction a smooth one.
This Star location is a huge showroom and has very stylish pieces. Everything seemed to be great quality, too. We came looking for a sofa and Paul was very helpful. In fact, all the staff was respectful; no one harassed/pressured us and we were given time to ourselves to look around. Finally settled on a couch that was reasonably priced and very comfortable. On a Saturday afternoon, it was practically empty of other customers so it felt like we had the run of the whole place. It is annoying how much they charge for delivery now (~$260) but unfortunately everything’s gone up in price these days. Still recommend this Star Furniture location. Great experience and love my new couch.
I highly recommend this place, we came in last week during their Labor Day sale to just look for a breakfast dining set. We were just browsing with no intention to purchase. Karina was attentive but, really gave us the space to chat and look with no pressure. We left without purchasing but, came back today with the same service! Furniture shopping shouldn't be forced and that's exactly the experience we had!
