Star Lash Bar, Houston TX

My friend recommended Star Lash Bar to me and I love it! I always get so many compliments on my lashes. I’ve been going for the past couple months and they do a great job. I do the violet style.

I looove my lashes. Mia is the best in the business. She never disappoints. I get a lot of compliments on my lashes.

I went to star lash for over a year, they have great prices and some of the lash techs are very good. That being said, my last appointment the tech I was originally scheduled with wasn’t available so they scheduled me with someone else. I was traveling later that day, otherwise I would have waited.
At the end of that appointment, I spoke to the tech about disliking my eyelashes and it was much heavier on the outer and inner corners than I usually get. She told me she would fix it, which she did. I have instances like this before, so I was extremely shocked to later realized she CUT so many of my eyelashes. I was extremely upset about this. I contacted management to let them know about my experience and requested a refund, but they didn’t want to do that and they said they could do was not book me with that tech again. As much as I liked my regular tech, I will no longer be giving this establishment my business as it was obvious they do not value their long term clients. If you decide to go here I recommend you be extra specific on what you want done, specially when getting eyelashes removed. It has been a month and my eyelashes are still the same length they cut…

I absolutely LOVE star lash bar! I got my first ever set of lashes here and the technician gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for. It’s super well priced, especially if you come back for fills regularly. I just got my 1.5 week fill and couldn’t be happier. I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

My lashes from star lash bar last about 3 1/2 almost 4 weeks before i need a refill.normally my lashes have lasted about 2wks bc I'm hard on them. Love this place and their prices are pretty good too! Definitely recommend. Alina does my lashes here.

This was my first time here, which I received a discount for, and I loved it. They are knowledgeable and informative regarding lash care, and the best part is that it did not take a million years to get it done!

Jess did amazing! I was extremely pleased with my lashes. I wanted, and got, classic wispy lashes done. I was so relaxed I went straight to sleep!

I’ve been going here since 2019, and my most recent set fell out in less than a week, it wouldn’t be that much of a problem if the customer service person handled my complaints in a more polite way so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere because I don’t spend money where I’m not treated in a courteous manner.

I moved to Houston about a year ago and was trying to find somewhere that does a good job and is affordable. Star Lash bar gave me just that. Not only are their prices very affordable, but their lash technicians are friendly and do a very good job with helping you get the lash that is right for you. I am always pleased with my experience and will continue to use their service.

I'm not a high maintenance type of gal that comes here regularly - most of the time I come in, it's for an occasion where pictures might be taken. The first time I came, probably a year or so ago, I got volume lashes and Mia did exactly what she was supposed to. I was just ignorant on what I thought I wanted - it was too dark, too bold, and too long for me but like I said it had nothing to do with her work. I saw a sign in the bathroom that said not to leave without speaking with someone if you did not like your results, so I kindly told Mia - this is too much for me. The manager popped in and tried to finesse what she could but once lashes are attached, they're attached lol. The manager was so kind and told me "go home and do your make up - lots of times once you see the lashes with make up, you may like it but if you don't, come back and we can fix it - no charge. " Now I know, volume is not for me lol. I am so thankful that their management is involved and kind enough to make sure each client likes their results before leaving. I'm also thankful they save notes on lash length, so when I go in now, I can just say "the same as last time I was here" and even if it was 6 months ago, and no matter who it is, they know exactly what to do. I've even referred a few friends here because the work, no matter the person, is always amazing.
