Star Nails, Brenham TX

Just left there a few min ago and blown away. The time the gentleman took on my feet was amazing. I think his name was William but my memory is not the best ‍️. The staff was very friendly, the place was extremely clean, the color selection was broad and they did not rush the service. It was incredible. I highly recommend. Hands down best in Brenham.

Just wanted a basic French mani that would last and that's what I got. They didn't try to upsell me and the price didn't change when I got done. The place is clean and quiet. I can't wait to make this my new routine ️

Went today…. Was really impressed! Shop was not busy…. I was basically the only person in there. It’s Monday and lunchtime….

Excellent pedicure…. Great manicure too! Waxing was great as well! The staff was really nice and friendly! I will be back!

New to this place and no one greeted me when i walked in. The new owner finally noticed me and shooed me away because she was on the phone, I guess with her blue tooth on. I was pointed towards a chair. A man named Jon was doing my pedicure. He did not have much to say to me until after he cut my toe with the clippers. He proceeded to tell me in 10 years he has never cut anyone. I guess that makes me unlucky. I requested a band aid. When Jon went to put it on, he said, "I am not a Dr.you know. " I went there for my nails not a Dr. Duh! The male owner came over and looked but came back later and apologized. He cut my toe pretty good and did not even get a discount or anything but sorry. This man does bot know what he is doing and the management does not care. Do NOT go here!

Took their time and did a fabulous service on my manicure and pedicure! My shellac has been on for 3 weeks, I am so happy

Horrible experience. I was told it would take an hour but it took over an hour and a half. No time to make them re-paint my toes because I was late to get kids. I thoroughly explain to them the amount of time that I had and also told them if they could not do the hombre like in the picture I would rather just have a plain color. They assured me it would be done in one hour and they would look just like the picture. They cut my toe in two places causing them to bleed and the $82 pedicure looked absolutely nothing like the picture I presented them. Worse yet by that evening one of the toenails had half of the shellac already off where they didn’t clean the lotion off that spot.

The service was excellent. They even told me that I can earn points everytime I go there. The lady who did my nails did an amazing job. Everyone was so friendly. I can't wait to get a pedi there as well. The price to get my nails done was very good too.

Been there looking for a new place to have service. I'm new in town bc I did my nails in other place she was mad and hurting me I told her be careful that's not correct she told me come back to the place I did my nails.definitely very bad service.didn't do my nails

First the door was broken and there's a sign saying knock. Ok
Guy open a the door and says ' what you want? I asked if they were open. Then he asks if i Can pay cash. The machine is down.
However the lights and AC were on. So then after figuring out the costs of the services. And BTW. I'm still standing in the doorway with the door open and his hand on the open door.

The cost of the main pedi is $63. I happen to have $61 on me so I left without service

We come once a month for pedicures. They have always been friendly and do a good job for us. The place is always clean and tidy. Never had any type of trendy service, just basic work and they fit the bill for us.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here! The staff has always been kind and attentive and I find the pricing to be fair. The facility is nice and clean and tools sanitized. My toes always look great after a pedicure here ️

Clean, well-ventilated, and orderly. Covid-conscious. When I went there was only 2 people working, and customers were limited to 3 to the building at a time. I went in for a full set of acrylic nails, and the lady who did them was kindly and personable. We had a lovely chat about family and all the beautiful places we had been. My nails are 10/10, would definitely go again. She was even careful with my sensitive cuticles. Very happy with the service here.
