Horrible experience, asked for an acrylic overlay and the lady did a horrible job.i asked 5-6 times for the overlay to be short because of my work shoes and the lady kept saying No and that i needed to do long because my nail is small.i asked her to remove the work because it looks CRAZY and she started talking in her native language about me to the other workers. At the end she told me to never come back again.

First visit to this location. The nail tech was nice, but she said she didn't really know how to do designs. She ended up getting it done, which took a little while longer. My nail broke not even 3 days later. I went back, and she was off. Another lady fixed it, but it looks terrible. She didn't even try to repaint the nail or anything. The polish on my toes were choppy. My nails are only a week old, and it looks like I have had them for months. Very disappointing.

Before bringing my daughter in my husband specifically asked if they did toddler pedicures, they said yes. We came in and she told her to pick a color just to then say they can’t do her pedicure just a polish. Polish and pedicure is two different things! Now I had to tell her to put her color back and she left crying.

While getting pedicure a huge roach was crawling on floor next to the chair I was in. Very unsanitary

Thee most thorough and absolutely beautiful nail job I've EVER had! Kimberly's work is amazing.

Mary is great she has been there for over 20 years. She takes care of her clients. I give her an A+.

Im not the person to leave reviews very often but this is one of the worse experiences ive had in a very long time! Paid $55 dollars 11 days ago for a dip powder fill (after the woman doingmy nails refused to dofrench tipsor ombre for me). Three nails cracked and went back 5 days ago and paid an additional $30 to get then fixed (plus tip). Nails broke AGAIN on Christmas breaking off my real nails underneath. Went back to have them taken off and was charged once again for their mistake that cause my nail to rip off and bleed. The woman that cut them and filed them off left me with uneven half filed mess on my hands. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!

I came on Monday evening, and what you did for me was mean, and you didn't do me a good job, and you left me, and I didn't finish her work, and Mary came to complete the massage, my appointment was at 6/15. Her name is Casy.
