I took the bus from Austin to Plano on a Tuesday night and my driver accidentally handed my suitcase to a different passenger in a different town. I’ve gotten 0 assistance to help find my luggage nor to return the other passenger’s suitcase

Left my luggage in their shuttle and got it back safely today. They stored it in a locked room. I feel like I could trust this shuttle service. Thank you Kim and Sandra!

Blocked charger stalls at Buccees. Very bad behavior by this bus company. Unprofessional and thoughtless.

You need to teach your drivers how to have some common decency. Parking your gigantic bus in front of the EV chargers so that drivers can’t use them is not very nice!
