Was recommend this shop by a mechanic colleague. Brought them the bare transmission and they had a full rebuild in and out within the week. No issues, but their warranty covers the trans despite them not installing. Would recommend as a good transmission shop.

Absolutely the worst business and customer service I’ve ever experienced. I took my truck there in June I just wanted to get checked out and he told me that I need a new transmission I did not argue with him I trusted him I paid them and when I got the truck back it lasted about two weeks and nothing but electrical issues afterwards keep in mind I haven’t hand not out one issue with anything of the sort even close in the four years I’ve had the truck I called three times to get this resolved and every time they told me it was not their problem that it was electrical I told them you were the only ones that had my truck these problems and not exist before I got this done fast forward $1500 later and electrical problems are still not fixed they pretty much blew me off and refused to help me I’m a veteran which I never use as something but I explain to them that I was on tight budget when it came to these things and they assured me that the job will be done right and it was done anything but.

Took my car there in February to have the transmission rebuilt. From day one it has been leaking transmission fluid. They have had it back 3 times since, and it's still leaking. Now it doesn't shift anymore due to low fluid level. You would think after the 3 times I have taken it back to them, it wouldn't leak anymore.

Horrible horrible horrible that’s the best way to describe this horrible place the lady is rude she doesn’t even have a professional attitude. Explains why she’s all dirty turning wrenches that’s just my opinion and it’s a freedom of speech.

Went in for an estimate on my Honda Civic, She couldn’t give me a direct estimate explained that we would have to tear it down first to see what the problem is! It’s five speed transmission.its the clutch! Geez. Anyways not worth the time on reviewing this place I went down the road to the transmission shop they gave me an estimate of 350 to replace the clutch done deal car is at the shop as we speak.take your work transmission service somewhere else.

Please don't lose ur money by coming to this shop.please, there work on my son car was not done right and they lied about time lines on how long it will take.
