I would rate this location higher if it wasn't for the HORRIBLE customer service from the middle age short heavy set Hispanic female working the counter.
Her people skills are beyond unacceptable. She never greeted me, when dropping off or picking up. She was in such a hurry to rush me out the door before hearing how i would like my clothing processed. When picking up she didnt even ask to open my car door she just yanked it open and SLAMMED the door shut.unfortunately i think i will be looking for a different location or cleaner until she leaves

Not only were they able to turn around the needed alterations in a matter of days, but they also provided complimentary pressing of the clothes.

I took a brand new button up shirt here to get pressed with heavy starch. Not only did they not use any starch but failed to even press the shirt. I asked what did yall do and they said they dry cleaned it. I said it's a brand new shirt still had tags on it. I never asked for it to be cleaned. Needless to say I'll never go back to this place. And I'll always tell people to not go there. Incompetent employees.
