StarBrite Cleaners, New Braunfels TX

One star is too much for this company, I took in my vintage coat and when I picked it up they only gave me the liner of my jacket and stated that I didn’t drop off my coat. I was like I dropped off my coat and the liner was attached. After waiting and then calling their manager, they apparently forgot to tag my coat and it was sent to the Walnut location. The two ladies at the common location were completely rude and acting like it was my issue, then when I went to the walnut location the manager just didn’t even care. Horrible customer service, take your business elsewhere. Where your clothes don’t go missing! All I ended up hearing was excuses for their negligence.

After Comet Cleaners went into orbit, Star Brite Cleaners shines with perfectly attended to clothing and customers; friendly customer service and consistent perfectly pressed garments keep me coming in from the Fischer area. I advise all to hitch not your wagon to a star, but hitch your soiled articles to Star Brite Cleaners!
