Starbucks, El Paso TX

This used to be my favorite starbucks. I've been twice this past week and the coffee doesn't taste anything like Im used to getting. Today I ordered online and when I walked in they were playing loud heavy metal. I had to give my name 3 times because the dude couldn't hear me. My cappuccino was almost empty and my cold brew salted caramel coffee tasted so different from any other one that I've had before (not in a good way) lastly they forgot my cream cheese for my bagle. They were friendly though. Really frustrating experience

Because of the online orders and the specials the wait was long but the employees were friendly and asked if I wanted cold water since it was hot and immediately gave me a puppachino for my dog when they saw her

I have gone here several times and drinks are always watered down. Girls are rude if you correct them for getting your order wrong. Last time I went girl rolled her eyes when I sent my drink back cuz it was wrong. Lame.

A nice, quiet place to unwind and relax, in the middle of the sense overload zone that is The Fountains.

I arrived at 4 am to the drive thru for the launch of the color changing cups. I was the first car in line and as it got closer to 6 am (opening time) more cars followed behind me, the store opens and I ask for a set of the color changing cups and the girl taking my order tells me they never received them. It’s a launch date for those cups specifically and the confetti cups and according to them they only received the confetti cups. I order some confetti cups and the guy at the drive thru (Chubby, hispanic with Dark hair) was extremely rude, he seemed to be in a pretty bad mood and notified the girl taking orders that there are only 3 confetti cups left. He was handing me the cups one by one with attitude and I ask him for a bag and he rudely replied with “ No we don’t have bags we ran out yesterday”, I could understand if it was later in the day but i was literally their first customer and he said they were out of bags. I then head to another Starbucks Where I was informed that EVERY Starbucks received the cups, there was no reason for him to deny me the cups unless of course he was holding them for someone else, which they’re not supposed to do. I then call the same Starbucks back and ask if they had the cups I was looking for and they tell me they sold out in the morning, when I was Just there In the morning and was told the shipment for those cups never came in. This location is terrible for launch dates, they hold launch items for their family and friends which is not fair to us customers who wait 2 plus hours just to be turned away. This guy at the drive thru also gave the car behind me her confetti cups with NO STRAWS, the cups clearly come with straws and she had no choice but to take her cups without them.

The staff is friendly and professional that is why I’m giving 2 stars, but the manager that is a little bit overweight, he looks hispanic and with a very strong voice. He won’t give you any forks unless you let him know that you bought something first. I do understand that he is taking care of his business, but come on it is a fork or a spoon. He explained to me that is “hard” to support the business next door, whatever that supposed to mean. The good thing is that I had bought something there.

First time going to this Starbucks and will never go again. Customer service needs to improve! ’

Technical difficulties today and I saw the worst customer service I have experienced in a long while. Obviously quality of employees is lacking.

Instead of an appointment with my wife for a coffee, drink something cold, very good atmosphere, very good price, very reliable.

The staff at Starbucks at the Fountains of Farah are energetic, professional, fun and provide outstanding service!

Crew moves slow, no milk or creamer on condiment bar, not impressed with this location, even got my order wrong.

The staff was really friendly, which made my experience better than usual. The drinks and food are pretty good as well. It's a pretty relaxing place to hang out and talk with a friend or date.

They were charging me. 84 cents for just a short of matcha in hot water tall, dont like it made with any type of milk, so employees suggested only water and suddenly the manager up it to $2.46, decided I didnt want it. Next day I went and the employee that was with manager put my order & it was a terrible matcha latte with only 1 scoop of matcha and 3/4 only & paid full price! Was so disappointed with how I was treated, it was the managers employee who suggested to start! Wont be going back there.

No other Starbucks in El Paso has it together like this location. The staff is always friendly thanks to Dan!

This Starbucks actually has a bar counter to it. Lots of room and area to sit in. Plenty of tables. Even as packed as it was on Black Friday night around 9p, it could accommodate.

The night crew at this Starbucks is amazing! They are on top of their game and helped everyone with the best quality service in the world, nay the galaxy. My hot chocolate was perfect as if angels made it, which I think they were

Took for ever to receive my order waited 20 or not minutes just for a cookie and also for a slice of bread I had a poor experience at this location

One of my favorite Starbucks, all nice employees except ONE girl, WiFi can be a bit slow during the busy time

Very nicely designed and great spacing. Like any one of your typical Starbucks, but one for sure you'll like to stop at and order your favorite drink.

Horrible the drink did not taste good they coudnt even mix the drink well will not return to this location
