Starbucks, Austin TX

They gave us the wrong order and we had to hand it back to them after they gave it to us and the guy used his bare hands from the lid and just took off the whip which we ordered with no whip and have it back to us. I didn't drink it. Yuk, but I did order my regular nitro cold brew with extra shots I was happy but my friend wasn't.

Currently only curbside is encouraged due to quarantine. Its located on the main road next to zilker park. If you want to have a coffee/refreshment after your daily jog, you can stop by to grab a cup. Service is quick and good. #HappyCafe

Specifically got down to make sure my order wasn’t wrong. My order “Bacon Gouda Sandwich no meat” she actually repeats it back “no bacon” yes! She got it. Grabs order fails to check it because I’m walking out with all the confidence in the world that they’ve got it down perfect. Driving off I open my sandwich BACON! You had one job! ONE JOB!

I'm not sure who the gentleman was taking orders this morning 2/26/2020 on the Barton Springs location but he was so sweet and friendly. That guy made my morning!

Awesome employees! There is a big lobby with lots of seating, perfect for remote work. Also, some outdoor space on a patio - lots of road noise from Barton Springs Rd.

Love the staff love the location. Is close to work. Would have given 4 stars but went in an ordered drinks and food drinks came out in minutes and food took 15 minutes my food came out but did nto take it to the counter. Got cold bagel. Wanted to say bad words to the staff I was late for work. Usually I have enough time to get Starbucks and back to work. Will I go back maybe not there are other locations on my way to work.

This is my favorite Starbucks in all of Austin. The staff here are incredibly nice and friendly. They always give me new food suggestions that I love. Like the new bacon, egg and cheese WRAP. If you have the chance to order it I highly suggest it

Great location, customer service and space. Really like that it has a drive thru because all starbucks in downtown don't have it.

It seemed a good place but I have yet to purchase anything here. The ultralight coffee presses seemed interesting.

Very rude baristas, ordered and waited about 14 min for order, the place wasn’t even busy, I asked for the order and the barista was like what did you order and gave so much attitude and rudeness.

This store is near my house and they always get my complicated drink perfect. Great friendly staff and the store is always clean.

I went through the drive thru and my drink wasn't as I ordered. I went inside to ask for additional cream when I stood at the counter for an additional 4-5 minutes with 5 employees behind the counter. Not one of them acknowledged me, looked at me, or even attempted to make eye contact. When I did address an employee that was in front of the counter with a headset on his response was, "I'm on a break. " Thanks Starbucks.

Phone was stolen out of the bathroom and find my device had it there so I was filing a police report and trying to set up my tablet and the workers decided I was a problem and called the cops. Good thing I'm responsible but thanks for the hospitality. Never will another penny of mine be spent here.
