Starbucks, Dallas TX

The staff here is so unfriendly.
-They never say hi or welcome when you come in. They just give you looks like they’re annoyed that you’re there.
-Almost every time I go up to the register they don’t say hi or ask what I’d like. They just stare at you until you start ordering.
-They constantly mark 75% of their stuff on the mobile app as sold out because they get “overwhelmed” (one of their employees actually told me that.)

The best local Starbucks around. Great staff, environment, all of the above. Now if they could just fix the parking. Not their fault as the other businesses and major ongoing construction tend to complicate things.

One of the worst locations I've been to! I came in with my kids and we were met with rude stares and poor treatment. Staff seemed extremely unwelcoming and it was clear they didn't want us there? Our order was simple, no need for attitude. If you hate your job so much then quit, don't make it everyone else's problem.

Brittany in the morning on December 3 10 am shift. Just has the worst attitude. No customer service. Makes you feel bad for requesting to have your drink made properly. She should be in the back or not maybe her shift should be in the afternoon. OTHER than her being the reason I gave two stars the other staff members are great I love this location. Just don’t let Brittany ruin it AGAIN

What’s the point of giving your name if they don’t call it out when your drink is ready and you have no idea

Idk if it was just an off day or what but the staff here was more hostile than any other Starbucks I’ve been to ever. The girl taking my order literally did not say a word to me when I walked up to the counter or while I was ordering - she just waited for me to say my order, put it in the computer, and then walked away when the payment screen came up. Then when our drinks were ready, they didn’t call our names or even try to let us know they were ready, they just sat them on the counter where we couldn’t see them. And they just looked at us sitting there for 10 minutes waiting for our drinks that were already ready. My coffee was all melted by the time we realized it was there. So weird.

Always have a great experience at this Starbucks! The drinks are consistent and the baristas are friendly! This is a very busy location, and usually is a wait, but also worth it. Also a great sitting area to bring your dogs!

Starbucks is Starbucks but this one is special. Its my happy place. The barista named Shae is so delightful and sweet. She remembers my name and drink order every time I'm there. She always makes me smile and want to come back.

This is good but downfall is they don’t care if your iPhone is soon die while need a ride for Lyft /Uber consider lack of safe space when you are solo.
