Starbucks, San Antonio TX

Its a hit or miss sometimes when i get coffee here. I actually stafted going to one that is furture away because they are more consistent at the one on northwest military hwy. The one on blanco takes forever they usually always mess up my order and the drink never taste the same makes me sad they had to remake my drink 4 times

Ordered Green Tea Latte.thru the app and was Double charged. One expensive tea drink for the price of two! Was referred to a non existent Contact Us number. Would LOL if it were funny.

MOST INEFFICIENT-why not just handle this in the store? No way to remedy this.

Not only do I love their coffee, but I went through the drive through today and all the employees were so sweet. They recommended me some pastries, which I tried and were delicious! I wish I knew the employees names but shout out to the employees working on 11/8 in the morning, they were so sweet, order was out fast, and coffee was good as usual:)

I always have an amazing experience at this location, and this one was no different. Parker is an absolute Angel on earth & deserves a 3 million (or more) dollar raise. Such amazing energy and unmatched customer service. I called and spoke to Candace the store manager and told her how great of an experience it was as well and she couldn’t have been sweeter! Incredible team. Great job! Wouldn’t be surprised if this is the best store in the district.

Miss Kay (kaitlyn) helped at the counter & brightened my day all the way! The service from behind the bar was efficient & super caring! Thank you to the whole crew for taking care of me!

I never come to Starbucks not going to lie. The one day that I do which was today around 10: 20am, the drive through cashier person I think her name started with a A. Her attitude and eagerness was amazing. That’s the type of attitude and customer service I strive to have at my job, so to see her w an amazing attitude and I’m sure she gets Karen’s and rough people in the drive through, her attitude shined through it all:) you go girl!

This starbucks is always closed or having system issues. They close before the scheduled hours. I drove to starbucks before work today and guess what closed for system issues.

Everyone your best bet it going to the Starbucks on Embassy.

The app isn't working, they're out of Trento cups, they gave me the wrong drink and when I wanted it fixed they acted Ike it was my fault. One woman was holding up the counter and one was on her phone. Only one woman was really working and that's why I gave 2 stars.

Always closed very early in the day at random hours. I rather go up the street to a different Starbucks with consistency then to keep going to this one only to see a sign on the drive thru speaker that they’re closed at 1pm.

Worst Starbucks works they are rude and don’t even know how to make the drinks right they have all the measurements and they still can’t make it right and they get all rude if you ask to remake it when you’re over here spending $6 for a drink they can’t make right

The drive-thru is always closed when I go to this location. Also the last few times I went the drinks were made wrong. My matcha latte tasted like pure milk

Every time I have visited this location the drive through is always closed. I don’t understand why they have business hours posted if they aren’t going to be open during those business hours.

I see negative comments but I literally go to this Starbucks at least 3 times a week for over the last 2 years I’ve never had a problem the staff is always friendly I literally love this location over the other 2 near there I will drive the extra mile here never had an order made wrong the wait time is fair!

One of the worst Starbucks locations on this side of town. Starbucks prides themselves on speed and this location is ridiculously slow. And as other reviewers have said, half the time the drink orders come out incorrect. Would rather drive an extra mile up the street to the next Starbucks location to receive better service.

Honestly, this SB is gradually degrading into one of the worst. Their hours haven’t been what’s posted on any site since 1 week before Christmas, and the only “update” they give is on a piece of paper taped to the drive thru screen. Usually, they’re closed by 4pm now, and you won’t know what their hours are until you waste your time and gas driving there. Wouldn’t waste your time or gas coming here anymore, until they get this communication issue and hours discrepancy addressed

I personally have not ever been to this location but my husband stops here almost every weekday to get us coffee. When they have time they put cute little drawings on the top of his drink. Makes me smile. Thanks baristas!
