Deliciously good! CHAI TEA FOR THE WIN! I can't have coffee because I breakout because of it so alternative is Chai which saved my mornings!

6 people working and one barista slamming coffee on the counter without calling names. Turned out mine was the first one he slammed down. So I waited 10 minutes instead of 2. Wouldn’t recommend this one, that guy has a bad attitude.

I locked myself out of my car today with the key and my phone inside (along with 3 cold Starbucks drinks). Yes I am aware that this takes a special kind of "smart" to pull off!

Shout out to Starbucks partner Emily at the store on Thousand Oaks and 281 for calling me an uber to get home to the spare key and trusting me to come back and pay her back (I mean.she had my car. LOL)

And I must say their drinks are always on point and perfect!

They are so friendly and I have literally been driving out of my way just to visit the store and see them. Always makes my day when I can hear there voice via speaker or in person.
Plus in this world, extremely kind and understanding to my pronouns.

Too small of a location for so much traffic. Drive thru is a comically bad idea, nowhere to stand and wait for your drink. Very uncomfortable

The window guy was to busy talking to his co-workers. I wanted to tip him so I called him back. He turned around to come back, but in the mean time i was getting my wallet out he turned back and went back to the girls he was talking too. His loss.

Great new location. Good coffee, good service. Helpful staff but why am I not getting 25 bonus stars for bringing a reusable cup?

Just ordered through Ubereats and my iced coffees and barely warm sandwiches were stuffed in the same bag. Please put a little bit more care and consideration into packaging and preparation.

Worst Starbucks ever, the only consistency they have there is: consistently burnt coffee, and consistently TALL CUPS OF MILKY COFFEE WHEN I ORDER A DRY CAP, no baristas here just bunch of kids that could care less. I’ve even called corporate twice and written them two emails about my experiences and they talk a big game up front and then they continue to serve me slop. There are way too many better coffee shops avail here in San Antonio. Dutch Bros is new here in town and they are great and I know from experience. It’s all I drink when I’m in the Pacific Northwest thankfully they’re here in SA now, DO NOT GO TO STARBUCKS AT SAN PEDRO AND 1000 OAKS TURNAROUND IF YOU WANT GOOD COFFEE OR A GOOD EXPERICE I REPEAT DO NOT GO, THIS LOCATION SUCKS!

Under cooked/defrosted breakfast sandwich, stressful looking work environment, poor customer service

Strategically placed off the highway for easy and fast service. First time to this location and was impressed with the timely service and drink!

Always frequent this location in the evenings, and they greet me every time I come in! They have a wonderful crew that always makes my drinks right with a smile. This store is always clean & tidy. I never wait long for my drink or food either. Favorite Starbucks in SA!

I have never ordered a venti drink at any location and got it half full… I asked why and they said because I got “light ice”… wish they could have done something about it instead of looking at me like I was crazy: P I usually go to this location and never had a problem, they’re usually on point! But now I don’t think I’ll be coming back here

(I took one sip as y’all can see but you can even tell the drink was never full to begin with)

Lost my service for good now. I asked for venti iced caramel Macchaito. Then they gave me a hot one at the window. I told them I wanted an iced one. They proceed to make me a new one and they give me back ice, venti milk with caramel drizzle-no expresso at all. Will not be returning to this location.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks! Everyone here is so friendly and nice. Not afried to help you when you need it. I drive 15-30 (depending on traffic) minutes out of my way to come here because of there phenomenal service! I have rarely had a drink made wrong here and if it is there are quick to fix it. 10/10 reccomend.

This particular location has a super fast drive thru, friendly service, and the breakfast sandwich was really good.

Order on the app for pick up super fast just walk to the other side and pick them up. Super easy. Easy peezy
