Starbucks, Houston TX

I just don’t get how these people run these businesses! It’s bad enough that a family or person has to even come to MD ANDERSON but not to participate in gift cards or tell a person they don’t accept gift cards is TRULY UNACCEPTABLE to me! Starbucks should be ashamed of themselves and so should whoever runs the Starbucks in MD ANDERSON! We have to pay for parking pay for valet then have to go visit our ailing family members! JUST BAD BUSINESS AND SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND! SHAME ON YOU!

I walked down here from the sad hospitals halls to try to bring my mind back to reality after constant sleepless night. I don’t know what crew of three are diligently working this morning, but the demeanor and humanness I was met with was everything I didn’t know I needed. Thank you early morning crew, for showcasing team-wide genuine customer care and bringing your personal best to work with you this morning. I loved it. Triple vanilla cappuccino is flawless.

The staff in here are super nice. Even they are very busy but they are still being friendly and always smiling. They also help me to find a seat so that I can study. Absolutely my new favorite starbucks location to study after my volunteer shifts at Memorial Hermann

It’s a super clean Starbucks location that has a great selection of packaged snacks. Unfortunately they have no indoor seating which is why I can’t give it a full 5/5.

It’s very unfortunate that every time I come here I’m late for work. I always order within more than enough time for work (which is about a 3 min walk). For some reason it’s always my order. I would love to come to Starbucks without feeling like my job is in jeopardy. I love Starbucks but this is the 5th time this has happened.

Worst coffee I've had in years, I literally get Starbucks every week. By far the worst location

I’ve always been impressed with Starbucks because they are quick, friendly, and efficient. I just visited the Starbucks in Houston on Dryden and wow - the opposite of every previous experience I’ve had. My venti latte was filled half way so what’s the point of a venti? I stood trying to get someone’s attention to ask them to fill it but they were all avoiding eye contact. Then I had to ask for a few sugar packets because they keep them behind the counter Instead of putting them out for customers. That also took a while. I finished my coffee and food and went back up to request a venti hot water to take back to my hotel - the employee still didn’t make eye contact and was extremely uncomfortable responding with, “it is now Starbucks policy not to give anyone hot water. ” Excuse me? I asked if I could pay for the cup, and she said she would “get in trouble for giving me hot water. ” I just got a hot water from another Starbucks so I know this is not Starbucks policy unless they instituted it yesterday.

The manger with the gray beard he’s kind of heavyset… smh is VERY rude he let many other people get their order before me I also told him that I’m allergic to whipped cream I ALWAYS GET NO WHIP ON MY ORDER and he still put it on my frappe I asked him to remove it and make me another one and he made me wait a very long time WITH A LITTLE ATTITUDE
I work as a Supply technician at the hospital across the street and I deserve the same respect as others he comes off a bit racist and never gives me a receipt I will never come here again and I’ve been working at this hospital for a year now this is my fourth visit here at STARBUCKS and I don’t like it

I Love Me Some Starbucks The Chicken Breakfast Sandwich Is A No No. OMG It Was Terrible. My Stomach Was Upset For The Rest Of The Day. The Drinks And Sausage Breakfast Sandwich And Blueberry Muffin Was Excellent.

Great service and clean. The cashier saved me from spending more and reminded me I had rewards to use.

Incredibly busy Starbucks given its location in the heart of Houston Medical Center. Friendly staff and quick service. Will definitely be back when in the area.

I didn't mind buying a $3.00 Venti dark roast with cream and Splenda just to justify using the restroom!

Very clean and open space where a visitor can relax and enjoy a nice coffee and/or food item from the menu. It's not too noisy so it is a nice place to enjoy with your favorite person. I've photographed mine (here, "mi novia" with a delicious Mocha Frqppuccino)

Super sweet staff. They couldn’t break a large bill but that wasn’t a problem. They even looked to be accepting donations for various causes.

Came here at a good time last Sunday evening. Very quiet and just waited a little to have my order ready. I guess they were a little backed up. Ordered a venti caramel frappuccino? Everything went well. Had not been to this location in a little less than 15 yrs probably.
