I bought a giftcard here and then when the person I gifted it to tried to use it there wasn't any money on it even though it charged my account, I went back to that starbucks and the manager was rude and unhelpful told me it wasn't their fault and I had to call customer service. Customer service said I had to go to the store so because no one could help me I am out the giftcard money. So frustrating.

Great service everytime! I'm a regular here because Employees are all just fantastic! I think they pretty much know my voice by now & my order Lol. They are prompt, order is always correct, they always repeat the order back to me at the screen and again at the window as they are handing it to me which really helps ensure I get all my order (which I always do). Employees are always friendly and polite! They get me in and out of the drive thru even when the line is long! Great service all around!

7 workers and not a single one working when I arrived. Placed online order 15min prior to arrival and still had to wait 5 more minutes with one other customer inside and 2 cars in drive thru. My drink tasted burnt. When I called back, they simply said, "Oh well, we can't do anythingabout that. " Seriously? This is the second time and last. Fed up with this location. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Customer service is inconsistent and been wanting to write a review for quite some time. Girl at the window seemed like she had an attitude and didn’t want to be there when I politely asked for sriracha with my egg bites, my drink to be poured on ice, and napkins. Not the first time experiencing one of their workers acting like they didn’t want to be there or annoyed if you ask for anything.

Drive thru is in an odd place but the staff makes it work. I've never waited more than ten minutes.

I am writing to express my gratitude and to leave a review regarding the exceptional service provided by one of the employees, Cassie, at this location.

I recently placed an order for my wife using the Starbucks app but accidentally selected the wrong store location. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, it wasn't ready. That's when Cassie stepped in and asked me about my order. She quickly identified the issue, and as I went to leave to go to the other store location, she stopped me. Cassie advised I would not need to go to the other location as she would make my order. As I thanked her and went to pay, she said there would be no extra charge.

Cassie's kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for a customer who made a mistake and not the store; truly impressed me. Her actions have cemented this store as my go-to for all future purchases. I can't thank her enough for the excellent customer service she provided.

I look forward to continuing to shop at your store.

Good Morning,
I placed a order on line at 7: 47am and I call to notify them I would be there around 8: 30am. I didn’t arrive til 8: 55am and Cassie wouldn’t allow me to leave the store with cold coffee although it was my fault? But Cassie insisted and I said ok. I just want you to know that Cassie is a absolutely a Great asset to Starbucks and her team at 7777 Grand Parkway S. Five stars is not enough? Thanks Cassie your the Best️

First of all I am an every single day Starbucks customer. I go to Starbucks sometimes twice a day and hit this location ONLY a few times a month when I’m on this side of town. However, I have had a bad experience at this location in the past where they did not upload $50 cash to my Starbucks account and it took me DAYS of going back and forth with them to get my money uploaded. Today, however, takes the cake. This is the MOST terrible Starbucks. I can’t stress that enough. I had to repeat my order twice when ordering and EVERY ONE OF MY DRINKS THEY HANDED ME WAS WRONG. It was like every single employee was clueless. I actually couldn’t believe it was so bad. I ended up getting so frustrated that I took drinks after they made them wrong a second and third time and I just left. PATHETIC. The cherry on the icing is that THEN THERE IS A PIECE OF HAIR IN MY COFFEE. I can’t make this up. If you can help it, avoid this location. Don’t say I didn’t tell you so…

Tried to simply get a puppuccino and they claimed to have a “shortage” on whip cream. I go to Starbucks all the time and have never been through anything like this. I feel they just refuse to do it just because. Never going back.

Very refreshing! I love it when they step-up and go "ALL-IN" on the FREE rewards drink!

I like to use my FREE drink reward (earned by using the Starbucks mobile app to order and pay) for a "smash-up" drink I made up by combining all of the ingredients of a Salted Caramel Frappuccino with all the ingredients of a Mocha Chip Frappuccino and blend them ALL together in a Venti, with all the sauces and crumble toppings on top!

Always as picturesque as it is delicious!

New to this area and I avoid this location like the plague, the workers are consistently rude the quality of the coffee and food items are always subpar, I’m a Gold level member who will be exploring other options for my coffee fix… luckily there are plenty of better options in this area.

This Starbucks is consistently quick in the drive thru and always has the friendliest employees. I go just slightly off my route to work for this location.

My drink was bitter to me and i did ask for little more half and half. And they said they couldn't give me more half and half because it will be Latte and it cost more money. I ordered "3 shots iced espresso + half&half", they made it less half and half than other stores.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been too. These employees have zero social communications skills with customers. Manager needs to train them or if the manager here is the same, he or she needs to take some classes on how to speak to people. You don't speak to customers like you're talking to your homeboy or homegirl. You also ignore customers when they walk in and make them wait and wait and wait until the customers ask if someone can help them after many minutes of standing there. If you, as an employee are busy and see a customer walk in, have the consideration to let them know that you will be with them shortly so they know what's going on. If you hate your job that much, go find another one. I'm sorry but this generation of young adults or teens have zero social skills for a generation surrounded by social media. Social media has messed this young generation up.

Not impressed. Three employees all working the drive thru with me being the only customer inside the store. Eventually, I heard, "Be with you in a moment sir". Then a while later, another, "Be with you in a moment sir". Finally, okay great, got the order in and paid. I live just around the corner and the drinks were for my wife and me so I quickly headed home. My wife discovered that her Mocha was NOT good with a strange almost artificial taste. I tried it and agreed. "But", she said, "I'll drink it anyway" as opposed to me running back to the store for an exchange or refund. I discovered that my Carmel Frap was better but had hardly any coffee taste. In fact, both drinks tasted as if there was no coffee included. Maybe I should have ordered an extra shot. Oh well, what do you want for $10+?
