Starbucks, Hickory Creek TX

I come here to this location when we camp close by. The morning we are packing up, it's just easier to grab a coffee close by. The employees are great, polite, and faster than other locations. I didn't ask for a puppicino but the young lady offered. So thoughtful of others pets is a plus and nice gesture.

This is one of the worst locations! This morning they were over 50 minutes behind on making mobile orders. Don’t waste your time here!

Very friendly kindhearted smiling staff, the way they go thru a line of people in vehicles only caring about their own little world and arriving on time to wherever their destination is nothing short of miraculous.

This location is painfully slow. 38 minutes to move 11 cars through the drive though slow.

I have mixed experiences at this location, some good, others not so good. For example, today my drink was odd. I ordered a frap and it appeared to be what I ordered but when I took a sip it was watery chocolate and lacked that unique Starbucks coffee goodness. The reason we all keep going to Starbucks!

I try every time to give this location a fair chance since it is closer to where I stay but every time I go my order is wrong each and every time! So disappointing.

Ordered my usual coffee a hot white chocolate mocha and drove up to the window. Then received my drink and it was not even close to full, not hot at all and no receipt was given to me. Very disappointing

I have modified my rating from a 5 star to a 3 star. This location has gone from 5 to 3. Most of the staff is friendly and we visit this location a few times a week so we are very familiar.

On to the issue that has been reoccurring for the last month at least. The coffee is lukewarm at best.just the regular, basic, coffee.what they are known for.we have gone at different times of day/morning and it is so consistent that we run to the Chevron next door to put it in the microwave there to heat it to a hot temperature. We have asked them at the drive thru to fix it and are met with varying degrees of customer service. We have decided, on several occasions, to just pull to the front of the store and go in and get it fixed when they are busy so not to hold up the line. We would hate to be seen as "Karens" as the modern day vernacular might have you believe lest there be a viral video out of the moment. We have spoken to a manager about how we can better order our basic beverages to our liking. Alas instead of purchasing a $3 sad Starbucks cuppa we take a Kcup from home at this point. We primarily continue to go b/c we like their breakfast items.

Been going here weekly for about 2 years! Previous staff members new me by name. Current staff members are so friendly and always make small talk! I highly recommend this location!

They stay busy and sometimes they run out of the good stuff because of it. But out of all the other options for mobile orders in this area, this is my go-to.
Seriously. I never have issues, ever!
They know how to pronounce my name and by now they know I'm addicted to their Sriracha.

The employees have always been extremely friendly! The line though, is always wrapped around the building, can be frustrating at times

I was working Ubereats and the friendly staff was really great getting my multiple orders ready. Had no issues with anything falling during transport or delivery.

It's a really busy location and sometimes seems like they need more staff, but everywhere is understaffed right now. Quality of drinks depends on barista. Sometimes my Americano is smooth, sometimes bitter. It's kind of a toss-up. But everyone is friendly and seem to be working hard.

Its been over 1 year since ive had a drink made as ordered. Ive stopped visiting and making at home.where it is made correctly. McDonalds makes better.

Was having a terrible day and came to get coffee to cheer myself up. The batista who took my order was so genuinely positive and kind, when I went to pay I was told my order was taken care of. It's small things that really help and this batista at the window made a difficult day a little bit easier. Thank you, this location never disappoints.

Ordered an iced venti on our way through and got a 16 oz. Too far to turn back to have them fix it.

The staff here is consistently above-and-beyond. I've had several great chats with them at the window. They have provided great suggestions for my partner who doesn't drink coffee and who's catchphrase is: "I can't remember what I like. "
