15 The staff were great and treated me well. The store was clean and welcoming. I had a decaf, yes at Starbucks.
I certainly do recommend this Starbucks to everyone.
I always come to this location because it’s better than the one that’s closer to my house. Today I went in and I had the best drink I’ve gotten at any Starbucks and I always get the same thing.the hot White chocolate mocha with oat milk and no whip. This was the first time that I actually could taste the white chocolate in it! The barista (Gerrard, think that’s how it was spelled) was new I believe but he is definitely a great addition if that’s how he’s making drinks lol. He was also very nice with a calm demeanor which is great because sometimes the other baristas can seem irritated when they get busy.
Truly one of the slower Starbucks but everyone is very kind. It’s not one I’d recommend if you are in a rush though
You guys need better service and people who knows how to make drinks the forgot to add the coffee to my drink! I don’t recommend this place sorry and its not the first time!
There should be minus stars also in the rating, i would have given them Minus 5 star. Way to go Builders supply, worst customer care with the hint of harassment by the actual paid law enforcement.
This Starbucks is so unprofessional. I went in there the other day to buy a drink and someone by the name of kris took my order. I was already running late for work and was having a rough day and she decided to make it even worse by giving me attitude right before I start my day. She was so rude answering my questions and was basically rushing me to hurry up and order. When my drink came out she just put it on the counter and walked away. This is also the second time I have witnessed her berating her baristas and I also noticed she tends to single out the minorities. She is very rude and unprofessional and deserves to be fired bc obviously she doesn’t want a job and doesn’t know how to deal with customers or her workers properly. I will not be returning to this Starbucks you have lost a valued and paying customer.
This location doesnt know how to get the orders right. I havnt gone in years to this loc and I decided to give it another try and yet they still failed at getting order right. Still not worth going to this location.
Very disappointed with this location. I frequent this location since it’s on the way to work. I made my pre order in the app as always get to the location and the manager refused to come to the door to speak to me just kept saying the machine was broken. No signs on the door or drive thru to communicate the issue. No machine was needed to make the tea I ordered. Poor customer service I will no longer go to this location. I will drive out of the way to go to a different location. Customer service is so important.
Usually I have a great experience when I go weekday mornings. The staff if very friendly and I really appreciate their attitude for such a hectic shift. When I go on the weekends however, the service is TERRIBLE. I have had a rude barista many times, I believe its the same one named Kenli or something like that. Her attitude is so strong that I have left without ordering which I don't usually do. I don't like to write mean reviews but this is the starbucks closest to me and it's terrible to have such a bad barista serving me. Please do something about her.
My favorite Starbucks. Kyra probably has to be one of the most attentive managers I’ve seen in there in a long time. I sit back while I work and analyze how the staff communicates. You can tell she cares about the employees and if you’re regular she remembers your order.
I had purchased sausage egg biscuit sandwich and when they served it to me it was cold. That's cool it needed about 15 sec and it would have been good to go but they threw the one they gave me away to reheat another. Those are terrible standards for food. That sandwich would ha e better served a homeless person than being in the garbage. I expressed my concern and they replied with "we donate food all the time". What's the point if you're still throwing away good food. That's a crime in other countries. That's like saying I stopped stealing but I only steal at certain places. The good does t justify the wrong.
Absolutely my fav location. I have 2 favorite barista's, Kyra and Mazie. They both are super amazing and make my drink perfect every single time. If you're in the area drop by and get a great drink from them it'll change your life!
Kyra the manager is THE BEST! She greeted me with the most beautiful smile and sincerity I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. My drink was on point, and as I sat and enjoyed my coffee, I noticed she greeted everyone else the same way - everyone got equal treatment. Kyra is truly a VIBE. She also said please and thank you to her employees. This girl is on FIRE! I want a cup of what she’s drinking-lol. EXCELLENT service. I hope someone in the corporate office sees this - you have a star on your team.
Kyra brightened my morning today and offered us some rockstar service during the morning rush! They were busy but we were still in and out in 5 minutes and she made me smile. Thank you!
The young lady in the drive thru on MARCH 4th @5: 30-5: 40 pm was EXTREMELY RUDE! Didn’t get a name or look at her but they should take a look at this staff because wow! Just literally said no to every request I made for a drink, ridiculous!
