Starbucks, Katy TX

I took a different route to work this morning so i had to change my starbucks and i was so happy i did. Eric made my morning today he was so kind and polite to talk to. Also probably the fastest line i’ve gone through in a while. Well done guys️ this is definitely my newest route.

Update: This place has really gone down. Inconsistent service, coffee, and as of today soap in both my friend's drink and mine iced and hot. Something must be wrong with their prep stations or the way they clean dishes.

More consistent than their LMF and Aliana locations but their parking and noise level inside sucks

This place is the best had a messed up tea but Sophie made it right I really appreciate her and this place ️

I went with my daughter and her husband, the staff greeted us with smiles. I had questions about some of the drinks and the sandwiches in the cooler, we got some drinks and I got the crispy grilled cheese and it was really good.

I had such a great experience at this location. The barista Anahita was absolutely amazing. She provided great customer service. She was so friendly and made my drink just right. I will definitely go back to that location as long as she is there.

They warned me before serving me. The pour over coffee that I received had a lot of caffeine. I felt the rush…. Take their warnings to heart. Great customer service, Wi-Fi, and they wash and wax your car while you relax. But this happens only on Wednesdays. No. Do not take your car there to be washed, they just serve great coffee and some food.
Use the Starbucks app when ordering the first coffee and you can get free refills while you are still in the store.

Every day this week so far I’ve walked up to the counter. The place is dead. There’s anywhere from 2-6 people behind the counter. No one comes to take my order or acknowledges my existence for like 5+ whole minutes. At least go tell someone I’m here that’s going to take my order but don’t ignore me completely ya know? It’s awkward lol. This isn’t usual but it’s not unusual. No “welcome” or “bye, thanks” which I don’t care about really. But like acknowledge your ppl when they come up to the counter like? Lol

Just left this location and am so disappointed. From start to finish the experience was awful. The employee taking orders did not know what he was doing multiple times. Sold us items they did not have in stock. Multiple employees were hanging out on their phones openly using profane language instead of making our drinks. Once the drinks were made they were sitting on the counter by the window melting while the employee at the window was distracted by the other mentioned employees. This location has always been mediocre and todays experience solidified that. Hopefully someone from management sees this and can address the issues this location is having.

They good. If you visit am hours. Evening and weekends late nite. They always have a Green Crew.

Noisy music, not relaxing, in my opinion. My coffee was not so good, my husband said his pick was ok. Our sandwiches were not so good either. I like the Italian coffee shop much better.

The staff at this location is always so friendly in the drive thru. I stop here almost every day on my way to work & they are usually pretty fast also

Very friendly staff. Hot Tea latte was prepared to match the expectation. I like it very very hot and it was perfect.

The people here are always friendly and my drinks has always tasted the same everytime. My dog chloe loves her puppy latte.

Best Starbucks employees ever! Come here if you want real, positive staff. I can never make up my mind on what to drink- and any time I come in, the baristas surprise me with a delicious drink or always have a good recommendation.

I've not been to the movies in yrs many yrs and the hole environment was different but in a good way I enjoyed my moive and my company and we will most definitely go back and have another round at the movies as long as covid doesn't stop us

Starbucks is always great excellent service and great coffee also they go out of there way to ask how your doing as always thank you Starbucks

This is my new local Starbucks.ive been coming here 3-5 times a week for about 6 months. Unfortunately 80% of the time there is a ‘miscommunication’ with my order, or the grande size comes our 3/4 full… I do usually sit at the window and try it and ask them to amend if it’s wrong. But for $5.90 for a coffee.you want the correct product! The drive through here is usually always extremely and asking for a correction just makes it longer - Plus it’s double handling the coffee etc. I’ve once been stuck in this drive thru for 25+ mins just for a coffee. I’ve tried ordering in store which is slightly better.but even when I order through the app it takes ~12mins to make (unlike the usual 6 whenever i order at another Starbucks through the app). I’ve already started driving further to another store which is performing well.it’s disappointing tho because this store is closer to us.

I did not get her name, but the redhead that was working the cash register today was terrible. She was confused about my order and when I asked her to confirm to make sure it was right she just looked at me and said nothing. Thankfully one of the baristas confirmed with me. When my drinks were ready, I asked about my breakfast sandwiches and they had not even put it in the oven yet. Then the cash register said what did you want again? I told her and took my drinks to the car. When I went back in about 5 minutes later she asked me what I wanted and I told her to forget it. All she said was okay.

I paid for my order and did not get it all. I have never had service like this at Starbucks.
