Chris, Lupe, Garrard, Victor, and the whole crew are always on top of things and do an excellent job! I go out of my way to visit this Starbucks because the whole team makes me feel like I'm not just an order. ️

The best Starbucks in Houston. They hands down have the best staff, especially Chris. So friendly and just go above and beyond. I go out of my way to visit this location.

I am not one to leave reviews but I had to leave an amazing review at this Starbucks. By far the BEST experience I have ever had at the many locations I’ve visited. The customer service here is excellent! Thank you for actually providing customer service at its Best! Truly very welcoming and deserves to be recognized.

Always making the effort to have a friendly and clean facility. I like Lupe from the morning shift. Every is friendly and offers great service

Prices getting too high! Some stores close at 7: 00pm. This is not the 1950's, they could at least stay open 'till 8: 00pm. They could sell more product & make their sales day quota, if they have one like the old days in retail.

I must say, I usually don’t write many reviews but I had to leave one for Chris! He needs to be promoted or working for corporate because his energy is unmatched! A lot of us are just barely waking up in the morning, and Chris really knows how to make a person feel energetic and positive to get their day started with some good coffee! We need more people like Chris, especially with the state of the economy. He can really get a great jumpstart on a persons day. I hope he will be able to see this review! You’re doing a great job Chris! I’ll be back for more coffee!

Evening staff is the absolute rudest. I have never been kicked out of a Starbucks when they have only been closed for 3 minutes. Absolutely some of the rudest people ever and will not be returning or encouraging others to come to this location.

I’ve lived in this area for nearly a decade and, even after staffing changes (which is not often), the quality and service from this team is consistently superior. There are a few other locations nearby and I always go out of my way for this one.

The line can get pretty lengthy, but during the usual busy hours, and this staff gets it moving song pretty quickly.

Hands down the best location in the Houston area. This Starbucks has the best baristas! They are what make this location so special.

* ask for Jacob to get the best iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espressos (Max’s was a close second with the xtra oatmilk add) ;)

I just want to say - awesome job to this crew! I don’t even like Starbucks coffee. Their refreshers, green tea frapp and food items are good though. This is the nicest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. They are fast, always friendly, and add little touches to my order that just put a smile on my face.

FRANK is to sweet and amazing! What a great employee to have working there, I was so upset about the previous Starbucks I stopped by that he literally turned my whole day around! Customer service at its best!

You know, a coffee shop is a dime a dozen these days, and while I prefer to support the small ones, this specific location got a loyal customer out of me from their superb customer service yesterday. Whoever the girl was that worked the afternoon drive through is a gem! Kind, energetic, and made a decision that cost the company so little, but really impressed me as a customer.

The staff are friendly and the coffee is good BUT the music is way too loud. You can tell they don't want people spending any time inside because they keep the music at a literally painful volume. You'll feel like you're front row at a death metal concert but with folk-pop lyrics. Great place to drive through or drop by for a to-go order, but not a good place to study or get work done.

I love this place. Just went this morning for my normal two impossible sandwiches + hot choc. Great food always. Some of the baristas wear cool hats and they're very nice!
