16Allison was very nice and professional as she apologized to me from her employee whom she was in the drive thru with hot pink hair and glasses very unprofessional usually I don’t leave reviews but this was very unprofessional! So when I was going to receive my coffee through the drive thru the girl with the hot pink hair was giving me the coffee I had explained to her that kindly I wanted my coffee redone because it had too much creamer in my coffee her response was “well maybe next you should let us know” she closed the drive thru window quick then that’s when Allison came and apologized to me I explained to her that it was very unprofessional of her employee to response in a very rude unprofessional way and that was unacceptable of her to do so!
Omg I had the most Horrible TRIPLE VENTI SKINNY CARAMEL MACCHIATO. Went back in to let them know and she wanted to question me. Girl I know what I’m talking about. She made me a new one and I then ask her is this a triple? She said yes! It was worse! I will not be back to this Starbucks! The woman at this location need to be retrained on how to make coffee!
Very busy but they keep it moving, wish my favorite baristas worked ever day when they dont my coffee is not always correct. Clean, food always stocked, items awalys available to buy.
My pumpkin spice cold latte was excellent and the kale egg bites too. Good customer service

Terrible customer service. I just stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes waiting on a dark roast. Very basic. No one bothered to tell me that they were out of dark roast or deciding not to sell it after 10pm. The entire crew today from noon to 130pm, Saturday November 5th, was completely unprofessional and unmotivated to give quality customer service. I literally had to ask several times across the counter and no one turned around except for one guy. I felt like I was in an establishment that is allowed to be ran by "special" people, they were looking like they were crazy and not saying anything. What an odd experience. I won't be back to that location. Similar experience when I went a month ago. I even tipped 5 dollars in the app but was happy that it allowed me to retract it. Goodness, get it together.
Every time go to this Starbucks on this location the drink taste like water from the faucet literally the drinks taste like black water from the sewer. Give them 2 chances and confirm it with my co-workers because i bought 2 drinks just to see if it was me. I hope yall fixx this issue. We deserve better for our money.

Ordered 5 grande frappuchinos which were all melted the girl at the window looked like she didn't want to be there. I will definitely not come back to this location.
Nice, quiet place meet to an old friend to talk and catch up. The place clean and bright and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

Waited 25 min in the drive thru with only two cars in front of us. Spent $25 on drinks only to be made wrong and one was remade three times because they didn't remember what the drink was. After leaving I realize my drink was wrong as well and I didn't even want to go back to get my money/drink remade to further my inconvenience. Shouldnt even get one star.
Wow look at the great customer service response below 4 yrs later! What good is going to a website to complain again going to do?
I'm writing this message at 12: 31 noon bc I'm just now getting my coffee after ordering online before 12noon which was my pick up time and order was not ready there's like 3 to 4 workers but everyone's focuses on drive thru as if mobile orders aren't already paid for. I don't think it's right that we're waiting 30mins for an order that's ordered ahead and paid for. What's the purpose of having the app with the function if we're waiting 3 times the time and have already paid. Either hire new workers or retrain 2 on drive thru one for mobile and one for inside orders. I think that would make the most sense and it would prevent everyone else from waiting until all 4 people can get drive thru out of the way.
First she tried to hand me the wrong drink then she handed me this. This is supposed to be their Pink Drink. Its only water and sweetner. No coconut milk or strawberries. The milk looks like is old because it has seperated completely. Bad customer service.
Absolutely disgusting there are bugs at this Starbucks. The staff seemed careless about them. I decided not to buy anything and take my business elsewhere.
Its 10: 40 am and there's 5 employees. When I walk in there was only 3 customers. I got in front of the register and two employes were there one was just standing around and the other working in the warming area. It took them almost 5 minutes to help me
It seema they don't want to work. They only have one batista doing all the drinks. No one is helping her. I ordered a cold brew 7 minutes ago and I haven't received my order. Yes they are busy but I can see they don't help each other. 2ND time coming here and getting a bad experience. Last time they got my order wrong. Customer service can be improved
I've been in the drive-thru for 15 minutes and still haven't ordered. Can the staff inside not see the line and put another person on bar to help get these orders out? By the time all was and done 30 minutes just for a afternoon coffee run. Never again at this location
