Starbucks, Austin TX

Service was really nice even though there are only 2 tables and none outside. I can't remember if there was music. The place was busy so there was that.

The person working the drive thru line on February 5th at 1: 15 had the worst attitude and customer service I have ever experienced from a Starbucks barista. I am curious how many patrons she drove away from this particular store.

Management needs to retrain the team. So unprofessional!

They are always so sweet when I go in the morning and very accommodating! This is my new ride or die, favorite place to come!

This place is busy af. The workers handle it beautiful. Drink and sandwhich ready early. Super sweet thank you guys!

The coffe shop is next to a school. It was dorty, no place to sit even when there was space. Son tables no chairs and for some reason hal of the store was blocked by a line. There was random stuff around. The dessert seccion had food that looked dry and very old. The guy serving looked uninviting and dealiniated. Very bad. Nod comming back in the forseeble future. Very disapointing beacouse I whent with my dougther for a good moment and ha to waith for the coffe without dessert sottin in the trhash can an ha to take the caoffe to the car. We love starbucks, this is our first time whith this kind of expirience.

Love going here when I need a quick recharge for work. Everyone is super nice here. Great services.

My everyday quick coffee stop. Quick and fast service, but only issue is location. Its on tight intersection so most of times we have huge traffic lines for walk-in or drive through.

Applaud this Starbucks for there excellent Customer Service! Each staff member i've encountered has always provided top notch superb customer service. One guy in particular by the name of "Tim" is outstanding. This guy sets the bar for customer service in the food industry! I travel pass three to four Starbucks just to only come here. You can have the best products in the world, but if you don't have excellent customer service to go along with it then your business will sink! This is why this Starbucks is the best because the customer service from the staff out shines the rest!

I’ve only been to this Starbucks a couple of times, but both times they were kind, personable, and efficient and my drink was perfect. Since this is close to my work, I’m sure I will visit many more times.

The parking in front of the store is scarce at times, but just to the left of the store as you face the store’s back, there is a lot more parking.

I know Starbucks is Starbucks! The difference with this Starbucks was the staff. The whole vibe for 8: 00a.m. On a Wednesday morning was great. I have to tell you the staffs attitude got me more in gear then the coffee did! Great job guys!

Bad customer services driver through was closed windows closed front door was closed but they manager insisted on to that I can still order it through the driver through.

This place was pretty busy when we went, the drive through definitely seemed to take priority, probably because there isn't much space for a line so they have to keep it moving.if you are not planning on sitting inside it might be faster to do the drive through even if the line appears long. We had a large order and some of the drinks took a while to complete.

The employees here are hands down the nicest people I’ve ever had as baristas. Every time I go through the drive through, they are so amped and so interested in what I’m up to that day, really making the customer experience feel special!

Not to be dramatic, but this is the best starbucks. They are SO nice, SO fast & always chat with you while you wait. They always make my day:)
