Wasn’t a good idea to eat lunch here today. I just can’t believe they are out of napkins and couldn’t be kind enough to refill it. Now I guess I’m going back to work with greasy fingers.

These people don’t know how to make a simple white chocolate mocha. We went through the drive thru, went back in & they still didn’t get it right. Takes like burnt coffee with some cream in it.

Horrible customer service this is the third time I have came in and waited almost 30 min for a coffee and was told less then 10 min. Manager then said again it’s because the amount of mobile orders yet drive through ran through like nothing. This place has gone down horribly making me super late again to work. If it’s like that you would think as much as they produce they could had another employee guess customer service out the door there

No one had a smile on their faces. Didn't get a "good afternoon" or "hello". When I got to the register, she just looked at me. It felt like, since I didn't have the complexion for the protection, that I didn't belong. I would suggest the darker you are, DON'T GO

Shout out to Aaron for his awesome customer service and barista skills! If I could I would give him 100 s. Reason: I ordered this very specific drink for my gf and Aaron (Starbucks MVP) came through with the win! Thank you! Someone give this individual a promotion / raise / bonus or better yet, all of the above! Great people like Aaron are the reason I keep going back to this particular Starbucks

This is the second time I've ordered my drink with oat milk and been given dairy milk. I'm lactose intolerant and don't enjoy getting sick after just a few sips. Not to mention a tall latte took well over 10 minutes because they were understaffed of course. Not sure what's going on but starbucks as a company needs to do better.

This starbucks wasn't up to my expectations like other starbucks I normally go to.the lady working at the window (drive thru) seemed unexperienced maybe needs to be trained more.she wasn't as friendly, no greetings or anything, and i could barely hear her.very not starbucks like.i got the java chip frapp and i asked for extra java chip (ready to pay for it) but the lady who made my drink said that they are out of Java chips and that she put the remaining residue in my drink.if they didnt have java chips why would the lady put it in the order? She shouldve said they don't have any! Like what did i just pay for - almond milk with crushed ice? I really wanted to say something so that they could fix it but i could barely hear the lady at the window so it was a waste of time.they weren't even busy, there were no people in the drive thru.i am not coming back to this location.also dont get the bagel, it's small and tastes awful

They used to be very good but lately the staff they have is really rude and the store is not clean. When in there getting a drink, one staff member was sweeping while people were sitting all over getting dust in the air, bumping into people's tables and feet. I mean you don't sweep with people in the store, you wait until they leave to do that area. Super rude. The tables are sticky and not cleaned, the girl making the drinks put her finger in her nose then proceeded to make drinks without washing her hands! Not one time did anyone behind the counter wash their hands after touching their faces and trash or money. This place has gone down hill, prob new manager that does not watch what they do. 2 stars because drinks are made right but you dont want to drink it when you see people rub their nose and not wash their hands.

I can't attest to other employees, but my concern is with a tall caucasian gentlemen at the walkin counter a few weeks back.
I just couldn't shake his audacity, so here I am.
I ordered a Brewed hot Coffee with Caramel Syrup and Caramel Drizzle.my usual.
He responds, "That's a lot of Caramel! "
I ignored him.
I taste my drink and it tastes like a black coffee. I drink it.
I order a refill.same thing.
I drank that also, considering I spent $5+.

Stbx please remind Baristas,
•they're not hired to regulate/judge us
•We're spending our money
•they're not the Sugar Police.
•they are not hired to control what we have.
•keep thoughts about customers choices to yourself and just make the drink please.

Most of the employees are great! Tall black guy acts racist and always backs his large truck in by front door.with a blm posted in window! ALL LIVES MATTER! They advertise new drinks but never have them available. Never order supplies needed to serve customers.

I genuinely don’t ever leave reviews, but what happened today was not okay. I ordered my Starbucks 20 minutes before I got there and when I got there it was not ready. I was patient and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes, when I realized that i was going to be late I walked to the front, where people ordered and told the girl nicely that my order was not yet done and that I needed to go into work. Then the girl very rudely proceeded to tell me that she could not help me and to go back to pick up. She didn’t say anything to anyone and I had to unfortunately leave, without a refund or any food. I stood there for at least 15 minutes and no one asked me, not once what I was waiting on. Very disappointed.

The customer service of the employee was utterly disgusting. I’m literally not even a Karen but the way she treated me this morning was absolutely ridiculous. I got her name, Alexa. Apparently you guys were too busy to serve for a simple drink I ordered 30 MINUTES AGO. When I asked her where my order was she told me she couldn’t help me. Plain and simple just like that. An EMPLOYEE! You guys could’ve at least hear me out and made a new order but you guys didn’t even tried helping. This event was shameful and unprofessional. If she was having a bad day, don’t take it out on The CUSTOMERS.

Whoever the girl is working the drive thru right now, she’s a ROCKSTAR! She’s friendly, sweet, efficient, and professional. I’ll be coming back just for the lovely and bright service!
