I come here every morning and they always get my coffee perfect! Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait but I don’t mind it because they make my coffee exactly how I like it every time, and everyone is always soooo nice! Definitely my favorite Starbucks.
20 minutes to get to speaker, 4 minute before ordering, 5 minutes (with 1 person in front) to get to window, 3 minutes to get bread and 2 minutes to get drink. They were busy in drive thru. Not enough workers to meet the demand. Was apologizing. Still will go there when in the neighborhood.
I normally have no problem with this location but when I order a venti with light ice I still expect an venti because that's what I paid for! I didn't get a full venti. I brought it to the girls attention and that was her reply. I ordered light ice not acceptable!
This place is the worst! Omg it’s going down hill bad. The so called Manager, Rylee is the worst that i’ve ever seen! Highly rude and condescending! They need to fire him! This starbucks is going downhill for the area and it’s so sad! Corporate please move in and take care of this store for the community!
Unfriendly, rude, bathroom was dirty, egg sandwich was cold. They overcharged my credit card. Not interested in going back to this Starbucks ever!
My drink was ready and sitting on the counter. A barista looked at it a few times and walked away. I needed to leave for work, so I honked to get the cashier's attention. A male named Riley (may go by "she") came from the back and scolded me, telling me not to honk at the cashier and that it was her second day. I'm the paying customer. Don't tell me not to honk and excuse her poor customer service. If she's unfamiliar with her job, have someone stand with her the entire time!
Worst experience ever. Got in line and it was moving slow (no big deal as it was still moving) and then it abruptly stopped. After waiting 42mins even being next up to order I finally just left the line, along with multiple others that gave up sooner than I did. I'm guessing the staff decided to just stop making coffee and go take a break as when I passed the window there was a hurried sign in highlighter that said closed until 9am. I left at 9: 05am. Never again will we go there.
I’ve given this location so many tries… like daily. It’s come to a point where it’s just terribly poor customer service and experience. I consistently get cold coffee, cups full of milk rather than balanced with coffee. I often have to pull up and park to request a drink to be given to me properly (no one wants cold coffee) and they seem to forget I’m waiting for my drinks. I was recently burned by getting boiling hot coffee after kindly asking that my cold coffee is replaced. I’m often given a cold brew rather than nitro. Also, the nitro machine was broken FOREVER (think McDonald’s ice cream) and recently fixed for about a week now. That would be great if I actually received a proper nitro cold brew. Everyone who works there seems to be kind but just maybe not properly trained or supported. I love coffee to start my day- specifically Starbucks. How we, I can no longer continue to support this poor service location. Here’s a picture of the “nitro cold brew” I was given this morning. All cream. All ice. No nitro if you know the order, it doesn’t even come with ice! This happens more times than I can count. I just don’t have the energy to keep kindly asking to get it right.
All I can say that yesterday whoever did our pumpkin cold brew got down. And it was the staff from around 4: 45, you guys are awesome wish I knew who it was cuz that pumpkin cold brew was perfect. Props to that crew that worked yesterday around that time.
I think everything is in short supply at the store. At the moment they didn't have the sweetener, no stoppers and no bags. Nothing in Starbucks is cheap so I expect for them to have the supplies.
Placed my order online, went to pick up and the door was locked. A sign was up saying drive thru only due to short staff. Tried to explain through the door glass that I had an inside pick up order and I was ignored. Stood there for almost 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. Tried calling for several hours and no one ever picked up. I had to place a whole new order at a different location, which caused me to pay double. I never got this order and was not refunded.
Love this Starbucks. My kiddo wanted a Christmas cup and so the gal drew a Christmas theme on the clear cup! My kiddo was so happy.
Store manager, Ellie, was awesome. I’ve been looking for a specific specialty cup all over HTX. No luck. Not only did she give me feedback and where to look, but she gave me her cell phone number for easy verification. She was friendly and offered great customer service. Thanks Ellie!
My ice coffee was full of ice no coffee at all! There was a guy in the window he was sweet the employee in the back wasn’t really helping him with the issue didn’t even stir the cream in the coffee!
I know that nobody at Starbucks ACTUALLY makes the drinks, so you would think that orders wouldn't be coming out incorrectly several cars in a row. I don't understand how you can get it wrong from the time the guest orders their beverage to punching it in on the computer.
Empty seating area. Empty shelves. Out of several items. Crew could be cheerier, but under the circumstances.drinks were very good and consistent with Starbucks quality.
It would be very helpful if there was a canopy over the orderboard. I was a bit frustrated at getting drenched by the rain because the drivethru person refused to let me order at the window (which had a little bit of coverage but I still got rained on) and I had to have my drink fixed since I asked for lite ice but was given extra ice.overall it was a very "Meh" experience and for the prices they charge I expect (and normally receive at other locations) better service.
I visited this location yesterday in the drive thru and Riley took my order. Their system was down but I was greeted with a big smile and such a pleasant attitude it was refreshing! I ordered my drink but was asked if I had tried another flavor and offered me a small sample for me to try next time! I'll be back soon and kudos to Riley I enjoyed my drink.
