Starbucks, Frisco TX

Service is pretty good. Most of the time things are clean. It does feel like filling up the napkins and cleaning up inside can be an afterthought. Your basic service experience.

Now Starbucks has prompt on the credit card machine. They want us to choose how much tip. I myself don't like touching things that 100's of people are touching all day. I ask the young lady to add a dollar tip for my coffee. She said that she is not allowed to touch the machine and that I have to.
I told her am not going to touch the machine. Was not able to check out and buy my coffee. So I left. I have been a daily customer there for years.
I do not plan on going back!

Everyone here is friendly, fast and acknowledges every patron that walks in the door. Service here is OUTSTANDING!

If you can’t keep up with quality coffee you better reduce the price. I ordered expresso but the quality of coffee is so cheap unlike other places I tried. Please make time for attention to detail, you are serving coffee for free.

One of the better equipped Starbucks for seating and space. This location, however, can also be really noisy and out of alot of stuff day to day. I've been going here ever since it opened in 2016 and while I like the space, the preponderance of flies lately (going on 4 months) is getting annoying as heck. May have to start looking for an alternate location despite its convenience to the DNT and El Dorado.

Baristas were super nice and Logan was phenomenal. Frappuccino and Sausage Biscuit were excellent.

I really like this Starbucks location. The staff is very friendly, service is fast, and the drinks are always delicious and on point.

If you love Starbucks Swag, you’re in luck. They have a huge wall of mugs, thermos, tea, and coffee beans to choose from.

The store is always clean and inviting, and the aroma of coffee brewing feels like a dream.

I highly recommend this location, and will return again soon!

A quick coffee between errands.

A nice open floor plan at this Starbucks. It didn't feel crowded even though there was a crowd. Rapid service and a good coffee. I recommend this Starbucks location in Frisco.

Cashier was super rude and was not helping at all. What’s the point of paying and bad behavior in return.

Great employees who know their regular customers by name. Pamela Fisk is the best store manager. I just recently perfected a couple of drinks I like and they remember them.

I drive past two other Starbucks to go to this one. The staff goes beyond the Starbucks norm (which is good enough) to be friendly and cordial. The coffee is always good, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, the larger floor space makes for a comfortable surrounding. I don't think I've ever been disappointed.

Great service, clean, efficient. Turkey, egg white on engish muffin-hot. Brownie delicious. Black Tea Lemonade-refreshing.

Always something wrong here. I've learned my lesson to stop trying to give it a chance to improve. Management has to fix there issues first before employees will care enough to get your order correct.

Reida was freaking amazing. She definitely made my morning. She did so well I had to go to the atm to ensure I tipped her. Y’all need more people like Reida not only at Starbucks but in the world.

I went to the drive-through several times but this was the first time I’ve actually been into the location and I am shocked. They have bugs inside their display case I’m talking at least 20. I told the barista and she said oh yeah we know… Are you kidding me? That is absolutely disgusting and it seemed like they just did not care at all like it was no big deal. DO NOT ORDER HERE

Longest wait time of all Starbucks. They’re constantly out of everything & the staff is extremely rude. Worst experience. Took me 10 min to order one drink and the guy told me to hold on to check on something and then came back and asked what I wanted, totally disregarding that I’d already partially ordered. Terrible service here.

The quality of this locations service is so inconsistent. Also, they can’t seems to keep venti cups in stock. A little tired of always having to carry two talls instead of one drink.
