The employees are really nice but the drinks at this location always taste watered down and often aren’t made correctly.

My vanilla, sweet cream, nitro, cold brew was not made right.way too much cream. But the customer service was great.

Hey, maybe don’t reprimand a customer for coming straight to the window for an online pick up order, when there’s nobody else in line. Also, ordered two pumps vanilla and none was in my coffee.

I've ordered from this location twice and noticed that they put more whipped cream in my Caramel Frappuccino. I ordered a venti caramel frappe, and my drink was only 40% drink and 60% whipped cream thats highly disappointing for a $6+ drink.

They cannot make a drink right. Four out of seven days I have to have the drink re-made. Education education please.

Great service! Raymond took our order and made us feel like we knew each other for ever, he had us laughing all the way through the drive thru to the checkout! Highly recommend!

Your Tuesday morning barista was great! I can be kind of indecisive about coffee because they’re either too strong or too sugary. She made a great recommendation and I loved my drink. She was so patient about it. I love when people make suggestions because sometimes making a choice can be overwhelming with all your choices.

This Starbucks always makes my drink just right and has the friendliest staff. I made the mistake of getting my drink from another location when I knew I would be close to this one later on. Fast forward to me pulling into this drive thru to ask if I could pay for some add ins in a cup to fix my drink from the other location and the Cross Roads store insisted on making me a new drink for free. Superb customer service and barista skills. Thank you!

Omg its my birthday and my barista Ray was nothing but a legit ray of sunshine ️ customer service was above and beyond even made sure my daughter had her unicorn cake pop. We will definitely be back for outstanding service and yummy coffee/dessert

We were at a wedding nearby and my husband was getting some drinks for bridal party. Just 6 iced caramel macchiato, with NO extra requirements. The woman who put the stickers on the bottles said she wants my husband to be hit by a car because it was too much work for her. Her soul is gonna be burned in hell

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. That’s the reason for ordering ahead through app. Took 30 mins to receive my ham and cheese croissant

Been here twice over the past couple of years and both times their nitro was broken. Why do you continually offer a product that you don't have available?

I regularly stop by this location and everyone I’ve encountered is kind / friendly. Any hiccups with orders get resolved without hesitation and they always offer a pup cup for my dog)
