Starbucks, Dallas TX

This location is usually great. Friendly staff and well-made drinks. However, I wish I had checked my drink before I left last time. When I got home I took off the lid and saw that it was only filled 3/4 of the usual amount in a venti cup (I don't mean to the very top of the cup). For as high as Starbucks prices have gotten, I would hope the drink is at least filled to the proper amount.

They dont even deserve 1 star! Last time i visited this location which ive been to many n always gets my tiktok drinks right and this one guy with big curly afro hair was so rude telling me the customer wrong n that tiktok lied to me like really ive been ordering same drink. Just say u dont know how to do your job n be done with talking back to customer!

Robert is the best! But even when he isn't there to serve me they always make my Hot Carmel Macchiato the way that I like it!?

Clean, quick, and friendly. Usually a quick stop location for most. I got the egg bites and chai tea with a water and it was just what I needed! Their cup selection and other “shelf” stock items are well maintained. There is plenty of comfortable seating for longer stays and outlets if you need them.

I go by this Starbucks on the way to work. I swing by several times a week to get a drink. They are fast, professional and pleasant to deal with at the drive by window. Definitely recommend if you want a good place to pick something up that is not only good, bit does not take a lot of time out of your work commute.

Manager is on top of it. Team is cohesive and super nice. Service is great. One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to.

Same coffee as anywhere else but their bathroom was closed due to having plumbing issues. It was supposedly just fixed but then closed again for the same problem.

I hate this location. The food & drinks are always made poorly & they're also rude & racist. My Husband, sister & myself have been here individually on multiple occasions. Each time, the experience is terrible. Convenience of the location isn't worth it.

Seems like I get new people making my drinks whenever I go here haha. It was painful watching one person make my drink. But I do understand that new people won't be new forever. And even still, the drinks were good.

Giod staff. They could have use some help today but they were able get my order in decent time.

I went here a lot like twice a week.but i constant got bad service.for example i ordered gande cappuccino, but I got tall volume with just a grande cup without any taste of cappuccino. I ordered warmup loaf but they constantly forget. Definitely a bad start of a day.

Orders are ALWAYS made as ordered! The staff are very professional, friendly and engaging! Kudos to Starbucks for employing a STARstaff!

Somewhat of a long wait but you had my hazelnut macchiato. Where I live they stopped selling it for some reason. So the wait was worth my drink. Thank you.

Four stars because this location doesn't have a drive through. This is a very popular neighborhood location the service is always great.

I live about a 90 second walk away from this location back in college and still stop by pretty frequently. The partners are always polite, knowledgeable, and they've always gotten my order correct. The partners also provide good recommendations, and typically don't mind chatting a little extra with me as I wait when they don't have other customers waiting and I really appreciate that.

Paul was extremely rude! Today is my best friend's birthday and she has been in low spirits so we went to cheer her up with her favorite Starbucks drink. She asked him a question and he answered with sass then told her to hurry up because there are other people waiting in line. I saw her expression change. She is such a sweet person and I really don't like when people hurt her feelings for no reason. She then let her daughter quickly put in her order who was a tad hesitant because she could see how he had made her mom feel. I didn't even order because at that point I just wanted to get her out of there and of course felt rushed even knowing what we wanted before we got to the register.

I needed lots of coffee for a work function but I forgot to call the night before to put my order in. Early the next morning I called in at 5: 30, the staff here were able to get what I needed without any issue! Paul in particular was so kind and helpful, I’m so grateful for the way he treated me, even if I was calling at the crack of dawn. Good service with a welcoming atmosphere!

This will always be my go to for coffee. No matter what location I’m always greeted with love️
