Starbucks, Dallas TX

I normally wouldn't rate a Starbucks but this location in particular is really awesome. I love the Staff. They are friendly, consistent, and effecient. I end up buying more mugs here for some reason too. It's just a cozy spot for such a busy intersection.

Lately my order for blonde vanilla latte has had no vanilla. I work at airport and the Starbucks outside usually give employees with a badge in uniform airport discount. This only happens when the women work. Hopefully Starbucks will be up to their usual excellent service.

Very disappointing to pay a high price for coffee and not receive what you ordered. I I called the store and they wanted me to drive back, wait in the LONG drive through line so they can hopefully do their job right the second time.

Nobody was inside the store but me and it took over 10 mins for a drink. They were talking and walking around slowly. All that for my drink not to taste good and not filled to the top. Asked for extra Carmel and little to non was in it.

I rarely go to the airport and figured since I was running late I would stop at this location for the convenience factor. I saw they close at 6PM on Saturdays when I looked online and got here around 5: 45. I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes with no response on the speaker. I saw an employee inside and right at 6 they told me they were closed. This was the worst customer expierence I have had at Starbucks just now.

Horrible service. The drive thru cashier took my order correctly then at the window gave me my order and it was not correct. Then went inside and he said they didnt have what i ordered so they thought i would want something else. WRONG! I WANTED WHAT I ORDERED!

I generally give good reviews. I lived in Seattle for 7 1/2 years and I have been to at least 100 Starbucks all over this country. This is by far the worst. You can't even go inside for starters. The cup of coffee that I did receive was lukewarm at best. And, they are not able to scan your phone for you to accumulate stars. No other location has been this inept. The other 95+ percent are five stars. This place really needs to get it together.

Definitely a gotta stop place before hitting that fwy traffic, or catching that flight out.

Always get a friendly welcome and I am a regular now lol they never disappoint me with my order always looking forward to go to work when I get to stop by and get my coffee!

I enjoy this Starbucks each time I visit. The baristas are genuinely nice and order is always made to perfection. When I lived in the area near DFW airport this was my sneaky, morning coffee spot before work because their line moved super fast. >:)

Did not have the stuff to make our order. Very disappointed. And to be by the busiest airport in Texas.

They close at 6: 00 pm I was there at 5: 55, wanted to order a Vente Pike Cofee & the lady of the speaker said they were closed?

There was no reason to have order ahead turned off and it affected my ability to get a bonus that week - not cool, people

I am becoming a regular. The cold coffee brews are delicious. I also enjoy their lemon loaf and cake pops. When I need a quick wake me up I head over to Starbucks.

Drive thru only since covid. You want me to order up the menu but not allow me in to wash my hands while all the other Starbucks do I’ll just take my business elsewhere thank you!

The mocha was great. But the restaurant wasn't open and my daughter almost peed on herself. I just can't figure out why they can't open up when every single restaurant around them are open.
