Starbucks, Houston TX

I rate this company 3 stars ONLY because the service was fast.

Other than that, I've NEVER been to Starbucks.

I went through drive through for the first time, the chick who served at the window who had on glasses LITERALLY waited 7 minutes for me to search for ONE penny since I was a cent short. I've NEVER heard of this ANYWHERE. (people tend to just nip it in the bud over a penny) but not this girl for she was relentless for that penny. I'm like, I don't think that Starbucks is THAT desperate for they get GREAT business!

I thought maybe she was just weird like that. Anyway, I just handed she am entire dollar since I was that penny short. Oh my gosh! Like. REALLY? !

I have no issue with a place asking for a tip at the register but as high as Starbucks is can the management team coordinate making sure I don’t have to pay full price, tip and then CLEAN off a table because your stores are so allegedly busy or poorly managed!

Edit: changing from 2 to 3 stars because the drink is really good. Soft skills are still needed at this place though.
Poor hospitality, and they say your drink instead of your name, which just adds to the non-welcoming vibe of the place. The store was empty and I still felt like a burden to the workers. Maybe this is the Houston way

This store used to be great. Now, the service is the worst, you get ignored even if there are 6 employees inside. They just look at you and ignore

I really enjoyed visiting this place.
Staff is really helpful, courteous and polite.
Even my wife enjoyed her drink as it was exactly as per her taste.
Will be frequent to this outlet for sure.

Waited in the drive thru line for over 25 mins for one coffee! The service was slow won’t be returning to this location

They suppose to open at 5am it shows that on there website but unfortunately I get there at 5: 25am and the door still close be professional (on time) otherwise change the opening time to 7am

I love Starbucks coffee a lot and their baristas too. 10 years in this awesome country and this is the first Starbucks location where I didn’t find hospitality, smiling and warm welcoming (I’m writing this review after noticing this behavior like 4times), but I’m still a Star-BuckER… -Bucks

The service at this location is in need if some help. I recently visited this location on 3 separate occasions and had an issue each visit. I don't know of the team is feeling pressured to get orders made quickly or if it's a lack of attention to detail alor lack of training, but it's impacting your customer satisfaction.

The team is apologetic but slowing down and doing things right the first time makes for a better experience overall

Employees were nice, although a bit short staff, took a while for them to come take our order. Drinks took a little while to make, but overall service was good. Close to my house so not too bad to have to wait a few minutes for service.

Great busines hours! Now i know where ill go next time to have a coffee, late time, but just a thing they don't use lactid milk, i wish they use.

The place was totally clean and my order was exactly what I wanted.

This place never seems to have change for any big bills. I even went twice the other day. The first time after waiting on line and ordering. I left with no coffee and spinache wrap. The 2nd time in the afternoon. They still did not have change for a 50 dollar bill. (The same 50 I tried to use that morning) Our order was for 28 dollars. How do they not have 22 dollars change? Makes no sense to me. All that money they make for their overpriced coffee, you would think they had change.

I went through the drive thru and ask for my drink to be made a certain way. I get my drink and it taste like watered down coffee. I ended up going in for them to fix it, and the staff had a horrible attitude when I asked them to remake it. So after waiting for 20 minutes while they played around singing and dancing the manager gave me my drink and again I tell her I asked for extra form only to be told the machine was broke. I will never go her again

This Starbucks is DIRTY. While waiting for my grande hot coffee to be made (inside take out) I witnessed at least 10 giant horse flies flying and dead in the window waiting area. Some were just spinning on the floor in dust and dirt.
As for the staff the day I went. There was 1 lady making the drinks for the dine in and drive thru, while 4 other employees stood around gossiping about personal business. There was 1 customer at table and no line when I entered. I ordered 1 drink and it took over 10 minutes to get it.
Disappointed and will not return to this location. Not when there's one inside the Target that is way cleaner and faster.

They close the store almost 2 hours early and close drive through half an hour and early. Terrible employees, unprofessional

Disappointed to even write this negative review. As much aa I love Starbucks, the staff doesn’t get the order right. I ordered Peppermint Mocha and they gave me normal mocha. I went back and told them it was the wrong order and they made me another one, but guess what! THEY MESSED IT UP AGAIN! It was a normal mocha again! The staff in this location needs a serious RE-Training! I’ll be reluctant to go to Starbucks now

This Starbucks is NASTY The restrooms are disgusting, mud all over floor and weave hair on floor and in sink. No soap provided. I’ve been there 3 times and all 3 times were gross. Also the benches in the seating area are stuffed with trash between them. It’s like no one cares to clean this place. I even overheard the manager asking a staff member to clean and the staff argued with the manager about it. Then the staff member reluctantly cleaned but did a pisspoor job of it. Staff is nice enough when taking orders but they are always out of everything too.
