Starbucks, Austin TX

It's a great place to grab a cup of Joe. Lot to choice from. You can rest up and charge you phone on one of there charging stations. Or sit outside and watch the sun come up.

I really really wanted Starbucks today! Ugh! I went through drive thru and only had a $100 bill. The sweet young lady at the window said that she needed to check with her manager to see if they change it. She came and said that she could only gives me $5 dollar bills in change ($85 in 5’s). I told her I’d rather not have 5’s and her manager very rudely pulled down her mask and said “well that’s the only way we can do it”! Long story short, I left without my drinks. I’m sad now!

Phenomenal staff one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to. Amazing atmosphere that's so friendly and nice and fun because of the staff. Always makes my drink great.

I usually have no issue with this Starbucks that is until the barista decided it was ok to scream at me and demean in front of everyone just for asking if I could grab an order sitting there with my name on it. It was crazy. I was not rude nor did I respond in the same fashion. I laughed it off but it was truly crazy. Maybe she needed a break. She was obviously overwhelmed and needed help but you don't take it out on a customer. I called and made a complaint with someone who 'said' the were a manager but nothing happened.

The people working here are friendly, capable, enthusiastic, knowledgeable,
efficient, fast and have never messed up my order ever. They are a fantastic team.
My favorite drink from Starbucks is the grande nitro. I will never cease to be amazed at the potency of this coffee. The taste is an amazing creamy cold coffee. You can be up for three days straight, no sleep. You have one of these bad boys and you feel like a million bucks. I don’t know how they do it but like all Starbucks products it’s the best. Bonus no come down, no gut rot, only really strong (the strongest) coffee money can buy.

I'm on keto so not always options eating out but this place has enough and the staff is super nice and friendly, I have a coffee and egg bites regularly here.

They always get my order wrong sadly and even have to remake it multiple times and I usually just request decafe since I'm pregnant and get very sick from any form of caffeine otherwise great place

Something to get some banana nut bread and of course pumpkin spice bread it's that time of year and I'm just thankful I must have hit the right time because they were busy but they weren't really really busy so that made my evening

Seemed like a nice quiet place to kick back and relax while enjoying your favorite coffee beverage. Was very busy but people were quiet and respectful. I came in looking like a homeless man ordering coffee and I didn't feel judged. So 5 from me for this occasion.

You usual Starbucks establishment. Getting a bakery item warmed up took about 10 minutes wait while the place is empty, no people waiting in line and 7 employees are predominantly serving the drive in.

Everyone at this location is always sooo helpful and happy. Wonderful environment. Even when busy they make you feel important (:

One of my favorite Starbucks in Austin to work at. Friendly staff and plenty of space. Always very clean, too!

We used the drive - thru this day and there wasn’t a long wait at the time we went. Today is started off to a hot beginning and where else to stop than at the corner where there a Starbucks! Oltorf and S. First people, what a way to endure the heat.
We have two frappes to help with that.

Standard Starbucks. There are homeless people but no problems. It's tricky getting into the parking lot on that corner. Lots of traffic and the only way to get in is if the entrance is on the side of the street you are.
