Starbucks, Euless TX

Two incidents where I felt being discriminated against because of my skin tone and my wife wearing the hijab. Unacceptable customer service when we, the customers, pay so much money for, supposedly, good coffee and great customer service. Unbelievable. I am not the only comment with this, check other reviews. This store is a disaster waiting to happen.

Poor customer service. The bistro widow person probably does not care if the store loose a long time daily customer.

We already paying $$ so much for a coffee now is also missing manners and good customer service in this place! They not pay attentions! Hello I’m paying my cofee at least to make right! Customer service is a disaster they are not friendly! I can understand Starbucks price but never accept low standar cofee with lack of customer service

Racist and unprofessional employee laughing at back of people! I notices after I place order she went to talk with her coworker and making racist jokes! If you are not White not go here there’s Emplyees are racist plus they are so lazy and not even know how to make a blonde flat white!

I don’t drink much coffee but I have been coming to this location since they opened. It’s 5 minutes from my house so it’s convenient, lately their customer service is hit miss. Some of the employees aren’t friendly and multiple times my order has been wrong. Today I ordered a Cinnamon Dolce Latte and I got black coffee.

This location always gets my order right and Heidi in the drive through is so helpful and awesome. She’s always very nice and offers great drink suggestions if you’re unsure what to get or if they’re out of something. Highly suggest this Starbucks.

Ordered a venti received a grande with a venti sticker on it. Poured into a 16 oz mug and there’s nothing left over.

Went to the drive thru. The last latte was really short. It had a lot of foam so it wasnt worth money I spent.

This Starbucks is literally THE BEST, everything is always spot on, the line is always moving and the people are always super sweet! I go here usually like four days out of the week for our office right around the corner and Heidi is always working the window when I do. Her service is fantastic and she can put a smile on anyone's face!

Everyone at this location really deserves round of applause though, you all do amazing and make both mine and my teams day!:)

Dissapointed isn’t even the right word to descried this. Waited 20 mins on a medium lemonada.

They tend to be a little slow and aren't always stocked how they should be. But out of all the locations in Glade Parks, I would frequent this one the most. I have yet to have a wrong order here.

I love this starbucks the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have gone to this at different times and I am always treated with respect

Staff is SO NICE here. They are sincerely the nicest. They are also quick and the drinks turn out just as desired. Shout-out specifically to Juney (or Junie) who went above and beyond.

Employee are great very friendly and professional

Music is very loud makes it uncomfortable to enjoy the experience of the greatest coffee and a place to get a break

Restroom sometimes out if necessities such as soap paper

Most of my experiences here have been great, they have never gotten my order wrong and always are kind. The drive thru moves pretty fast and the inside is very clean. I have had some issues with mobile orders in the past but it was always handled graciously. Definitely recommend this Starbucks as they are speedy and accurate

Bad costumer service specially drive through I’ve come to this location for years never had a bad experience from a condescending adolescence trying to have a rude bad costumer experience she didn’t even say thank you and so rude and little bratt I do not recommend this Starbucks at all completely unsatisfied with their service, will not come back ever again and will tell family members and friends not to come

I was very disappointed that my coffee was not even hot it was look warm and they never apologized or explained to me.
Not a good place to go and spend your money.

Amazing baristas! Great service! And the new Manager is always very accommodating and willing to go above and beyond! My favorite store!
