Starbucks, Allen TX

My birthday is on 3rd April and as per the routine scheme of Starbucks to give Birthday gift to the registered customer but the didn't offer me any of the birthday gift.

I place a mobile order and at the store they were open but store associate mentioned store was close. Literally some other person pick up their order in goner of me. This is the worst experience I ever had at Starbucks.

Every time when we go to the outlets I like to go for my Starbucks coffe but today the staff close like 7: 40 pm and the schedule was 8pm some of them say still open but the tall girl says is close already I believe they need to follow the time.

The two baristas were very rude. I asked for a cup of ice. They said that they weren't able to give out ice. Because the ice machine takes to long to remake the ice. Understandable even though I've never had any other Starbucks say that. They had 2 of my drinks already made. Then took 10 minutes to make my third drink.

If you need iced water, don’t waste your time.even completely empty, they won’t take the time just even to put ice in a cup for you.i thought starbucks wasn’t allowed to say no to venti iced waters.

I got a cup for Christmas that comes with free drinks for the month of January and they refuse to honor it. It has the ring code on the side of the cup and directions on how to honor.
The girl at the cash wrap said that the location wasn’t corporate ran but I don’t understand how it isn’t when it’s just a stand alone in a mall. It isn’t in a Barnes and Nobles, Target, Tom Thumb, Kroger, etc. So I’m confused. It doesn’t state this on the website or the app. When I tried to call they didn’t answer.
I work at the mall so it’s the closest place to go for breaks, etc. I don’t know why they’re so difficult at this location.

Staff here are so rude to customers. I asked for an extra empty cup and the staff could have politely said no but just snapped me rudely. I understand they must be very tired during this holiday season but stabucks can do better for the price they charge now. I do not recommend this shop

I’ve been here twice lately and both times I have ordered tall drinks. However, when I go to pick up my drink they have charged me for a grande and by then it’s too late.

The staff did not get my order correct and when I asked, the cashier was rude and snippy. I went back and pointed to the exact sandwich and she replied back with a sarcastic remark “I know what they are”! If people can avoid this establishment I would recommend so. My wife and I both thought she was rude.

5 servers behind the counter and line out the door.but instead of taking orders they are on their phones and talking to each other.took over 30 mins to get a drink and no mobile orders here

Rude and clearly inconvenienced by you/your business workers/baristas. Avoid this location.

The staff did not get my order correct.the cashier was rude. I think Starbucks is a great place but not this one. Bad customer service!

People here are cool, but busy. This place always has a flow of people coming for coffee and other drinks. Keep up the excellent service!

Get a new manager please. I work in the mall and this is pretty much the only location to grab a bite to eat and a drink for lunch and I hate going there. I miss their old manager Kim. She was always pleasant to talk to and always had good suggestions for drinks.

Very dirty! Tables seats floors everything I can only imagine their work areas gross I asked the girl with pink hair to clean our table and she rolled her eyes for asking her to do her job. Don’t come here!

This location is horrible. I asked to speak to the manager to express my issues and the manager is the one I ended up wanting to complain about. He's rude, unprofessional and made my drink wrong. They need to change the manager in this place. Customer service is horrible. And when he talked to his employee that was trying to help he was rude to her. No wonder why they can't keep help here.
