Starbucks, Allen TX

This particular Starbucks is terrible. Very slow service, inconsistent watered-down drinks, and the employees seem pretty miserable.

If you want a good consistent cup of coffee, drive to Starbucks on Exchange & Greenville, they have their act together.

Today I tried to have a happy San Valentines morning with my wife, but the barista just talk over me while I was trying to place my order, probably the chat with the other baristas was more interesting than giving customer service.

Unapolagetically slow. To expound on my bitter quip: I managed to wait 20 minutes for a simple cup of black coffee. Nothing special, just black coffee. Granted, they are busy but, at some point it's just silly to wait and wait for something that requires zero preparation. What got me was, once the person behind the counter finally realized everyone else had come and gone (several times) and there might be an issue, she just handed me the coffee and looked away. No acknowledgement, no apology or engagement. It's as though we're all void of human decency these days.

Edit: Starbucks, of course, responded to my snarky quips with a vague comment and corporate link to their website.so personal. Schultz has his work cut out for him, for sure.

I live nearby and this Starbucks is my go-to place. Staffs are always nice and welcoming. My daughter loves their Mango Dragon fruit refresher ️

Truly do just appreciate this store and the employees. I go A lot (more than I care to admit) and they always make my drink the best, are always nice and friendly, and are fast. I have about 5 Starbucks near me but this is the one I will pick over the others always. Great staff! (Whatever they earn. I can tell you isn’t enough and they need a raise!)

Drinks are always Fantastic at this location. They always have the cookies my daughter loves. Staff is polite & quick.

Can you guess which picture is Starbucks caramel macchiato at this location? Yes, it’s the bad looking one and tastes like water. If you see no caramel drizzle on top, it’s because the drink is so poorly made, the foam is not thick enough to hold the caramel so it sinks straight to the bottom. This location is so convenient but unfortunately I won’t be going back after the 5+ times of paying for terrible drinks including remakes.

This location does not know how to make cold foam. First cold foam turned out thick and gooey like the texture of condensed milk or spoiled clotted milk. Cold foam supposed to be light and airy! Literally foam. Got them to fix the drink the second foam remake was just as thick but thank goodness the barista noticed and dumped it out and remade it. The final product was thinner but was still clotty. Not sure if it’s the freshness of the ingredients or what but they cannot make cold foam here. Avoid!

Waited 20 minutes for an iced chai, 5 customers in the actual store, and could have probably gone 3 or 4 times through the drive thru.

Slowest Starbucks.

This Starbucks always messes up my order, i i still come back and give them a chance but Today i asked for a pumpkin muffin and got a loaf, not what i wanted after waiting a long time through the drive thru I refused to turn back. I just dont understand because the barista repeated the order but they still get it wrong.

Normally i don’t mind a messed up drink here and there, it happens.but the past 4 times my drink has been made wrong.it’s just an iced blonde vanilla latte.it also takes an absurd amount of time to wait at the window so i don’t want to wait more for it to be remade.today they confirm my drink at the order box, it’s correct, but once i received it at the window they said “you wanted regular shots, right? ” when the sticker clearly said blonde, and i confirmed blonde at the box.im not sure what’s happening here, also they didn’t put the proper amount of pumps in the drink.they didn’t offer to remake it, either.so i just took it and left because i was already waiting there at the window for 8 minutes.

Probably the BEST Starbucks I've been to in the past couple years. Used to live down the road from this location and would come here pretty often. Never had a bad experience here!

I just started coming here because I got a new job a couple doors down I come here 8 times a week, 2 times a day once in the morning before work then I come after work to get a drink again both morning and afternoon shift employees are so sweet and remember my order, my order is simple but it means a lot. I also get a hello and goodbye I’m lucky to be able to get breakfast and lunch at a good Starbucks just a couple of steps away from my job:)

Frustrating visit to Starbucks today. A friend in the hospital wanted pumpkin bread from Starbucks. She was super specific it be cold and not heated. I got there and there were two cars in front of me. “Great, I can get this done & back to the hospital before her next test. ” I simply orderd 2 pumpkin breads. I specifically said, “cold-not heated. ” The window operator repeated to me “two pumpkin breads, not heated, anything else? ” I said no. He asked if I just wanted the bread in the package. I said fine as ling as its cold.

8 minutes later, I’m still sitting in line. Now there are 7 cars behind me blocking the parking lot. Why not ask the car waiting at the window to pull up? Three minutes later the car in front of me got his cup of coffee. I pulled up and 2 more minutes someone handed me two HOT? Pumpkin breads

Seriously, it’s a simple order. 12 minutes in a drive thur. Ugh

They no longer make the drinks right and then treat you horrid when you as themt o remake, It. They gave me the wrong drink. Ther ecipt had the right drink. This happens at the least once a week and we go daily. I will no longer shop at Starbucks!

Delightful young lady made our drinks and even laughed at my grandparents jokes thank you cheerful girl you made their day.
