3Bad attitude, over charged and had to argue to get my money back, drinks wrong on top of it and had to dump it out!
I can't believe a Saturday afternoon.close to 90°outside and this store can't have a Frappuccino.
The lady that works there is absolutely unprofessional! I asked for Mango Dragonfruit drink no ice & she said she will charge me extra for it when I asked for a cup of ice in the side. First of all the drinks they make are 80% ice and if you ask for no ice all of a sudden you get charged extra for a no ice drink. Seriously this is disappointing when you pay $6 for a medium size drink and expect this service. This isn’t what Starbucks stand for and nobody minds over paying as long as the service is top quality. Unfortunately I can’t stand bad service for charging me that high. Rude EMPLOYEE. Never had this happen at any Starbucks across 48 Stares.
