Starbucks, Austin TX

This is the only Starbucks I recommend! I come here very often and it doesn’t matter what time of the day or who is working the drive thru, the service is always incredible. Every person at this location cares about their customer and takes their time to ask about your day and put a smile on your face. They have always gotten my drink right the first time regardless of how long the line is ahead of me, which on another note this line moves at lightning speed! Service is great and I will continue to come here regularly to get my caffeine fix.

I've been ordering the same drink from Starbucks everyday for the last 10 years: Venti Iced Black Coffee. After I finish it, I refill that large cup with water, and drink it for a few more hours. All day I have this big ol' Starbucks cup, and only THIS Starbucks finally made my experience better with a truly unique idea. AFFIRMATIONS. The barista, Hannah, would write something positive like, "Have a Wonderful Sunday! " or "Have an Awesome Day! " on the lid of my cup, sometimes draw a nice flower or stars, and it has been a very nice touch! My co-workers even asked about it after seeing several Starbucks cups in the trash can next to my desk with positive messages on them. They think it's awesome, and wish their Starbucks starting doing this too! Thanks you so much for all these years of great coffee

If you want to wait FOREEEEEVER to get a simple order, while new orders magically appear ahead of you, and watch 2 overbooked baristas with 6 coworkers doing who knows what…this is your spot.

The address of this Starbucks needs to be updated ASAP. It's no longer located by the H-E-B. I had to ask one of the H-E-B employees where this coffee shop was.

They were the only Starbucks open within a ten mile radius when I needed a coffee late at night. Even though it was close to closing they were very kind and I had no problems with my order.

A grilled chees sandwich was missing from my order. I called and I was told to call customer service if I wanted a refund. If I want a refund? This is the 2nd time this has happened at this store. I usually double check my order but was distracted by the chatty girl at the window. I called back and kept getting a busy signal. No expensive sandwich and NO REFUND

Came to this location to try to get coffee and I have a huge trailer on my truck which can’t go through drive thru. They would not serve use any drinks and told use to go somewhere else. Worst Starbucks ever they need to get a grip on things. Completely wrong.

I like to get coffee a few times a week from here, but this location has mobile ordering turned off alot of the time and the inside of the store closed, only allowing drive thru ordering. Wouldn't be too bad if the drive thru didn't take 20 min+

9 out of 10 times they makes frappes wrong. Either too sweet or too tart- it’s like they don’t have actual recipes at that location to follow or they choose not to use them. And they aren’t as thick as other places- they are watery. My friend has also noticed this exact same thing with this location and we both now go to other locations. Today was a day I figured I would give them another try but nope- still can’t get it right I recommend to avoid frappes at this location.

For some reason this place only hires dummies. So I go to the drive thru to order and the girl says to give them a minute, so I wait. After about five minutes, I say “hello? ” and the girl goes “oh” like she forgot there was someone there. I order and then pull up to the second window and nobody is there to take my payment. I only see two dummies inside scrambling around. After another five minutes I just leave. There were only two cars ahead of me and one person inside. Train these dummies to do better

I would just like to say that if it’s going to be 20 to 30 minutes to get a drink you should tell me that before I order my drink and pay for it because unbeknownst to me I’m waiting and waiting and pretty soon about to be late for work because no one‘s told me they’re so short staffed it’s going to take 20 minutes for a drink so a little bit of communication with your customers can go a long way. I’ve worked for restaurants for 10 years now and if I have ever had a short staffed situation or it’s going to be a long wait for anything I tell someone right away then they can make the decision of waiting or not just a little hint Starbucks

Friendly service and have not known this location to mess up orders but every time i pull up at 9,11,2,5 etc.the line is backed into the parking lot and takes a minimum of 20 minutes. The wait is not worth the 300% markups on coffee. This location runs orders too slow to be worth a coffee

This Starbucks is a new location, moved from the one that used to be near HEB.

And while the new location enabled them to add a drive thru, I don't know if it was COVID and distancing, or just a rebranding effort by Starbucks, but this one really lacks the warmth and coffee spot appeal that the former had

It's fine. It's a Starbucks. A little more sterile and merely tables and chairs, but if you like Starbucks coffee, there you go.

With these, it's twice that I buy a fruit drink and they only sell me ice. Two Drinks and it's over.and customer service is barred. Some good days, some bad days.

Same plaza as IHOP and car wash. Plenty of parking and a drive through. It's at a pretty convenient location for me.

The barista was good a taking orders. I had my kids order their own drinks with their own money and she was patient in taking their orders.

Drinks are pretty standard and just like most, you can do mobile order and pickup.

With its location and proximity, we will be back for sure.
