Starbucks, San Antonio TX

Coffee is OK. Service friendly enough. Better places for coffee than Starbucks. I prefer local options but went here while traveling.

We ordered a caramel Macchiato, all it was warm water and milk, no expresso no caramel waited 40minutes. Waste of time and money.

Great coffee and friendly faces. Had some breakfast sandwiches that were great! While sitting at the Terminal B location I noticed tons of dust hanging from the pergola overhead…. Yuk! This really should be cleaned more often to ensure no containment gets in our coffee or food.

Starbucks is already a great option for your coffee and quick bite. Specially darling in the morning before your flight. Lines start to form before the opening time. A great idea, for not only, but for others customers, is opening a little bit early to avoid the rush of people at the same time.
Service is slowly so be patient. But I got my coffee, cake and bagels to enjoy during your flight. Associates aren't to friendly, maydue the crowdy and rush of opening.

Went to Starbucks at three different airports, ordering the same drink and size each time. It was cheapest in San Antonio.

They ate not able to explain their drinks. Being out of vanilla sweet cream apparently means they cant flavor cold coffee with Carmel flavor. If i order a caramel cold brew and am told they are out of vanilla sweet cream and ask if they can make it with milk and they say yes, I still expected caramel flavor. They acted like I was stupid when I asked where the caramel was.

The line in the morning is too long usually for some to wait AND catch flights. Not at 5: 45 am.this morning. No milk. 0 people in line! All at Green Beans instead! Never enough workers at this airport's Starbucks but that wasn't an issue today.

Airport Starbucks. Be prepared do you stand in line, and check your drink before you walk away.

Starbucks inside term B San Antonio airport. Typical Starbucks. Messed up my latte, had to ask for it. Messed up the lady's order after me, they fixed that. I avoid over roasting Starbucks stores but I was jonesing for coffee so I had to.
Zero line and about 6-7 young employees which were all polite and seemed to be enjoying work which is nice to see.

I thought the people working were nice and efficient. Not sure why people were complaining.

Who does not like coffee;! All of us of course. I just don't like how expensive it is? ! But when you need u coffee when out not much of good choices. So enjoy

The order line had no order. It was filthy and unorganized. Paid 3.48 for a cup of coffee that was horrible. Not good for airport.

No bueno, have a 30 min lunch and place was empty, well me and another person she got her drink then everyone behind me got their drink then I get mine after 4 drinks then I get to my destination to continue my lunch and to find out my drink was all wrong! Bad bad bad. SMH

Didn't even order. Stood here for what seemed like forever, being looked at and ignored. Then, they bring a lady who walked in the wrong way to the register, in front of me, take her order, and walk away again, still ignoring me. The entire airport is like this.

I'm from Texas and stopped at this location. 5 consecutives times, excellent service. 10% discount to veterans.

This Starbucks did a great job making my order. They were quick and they made the Drink better then expected.

White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino
Iced Apple Caramel Machiato.

Don't even try to place a mobile order, be kind to the baristas. Be ready for a line, go a little earlier. The airport isn't that big.

The stand was out of several syrups/items for signature drinks such as lemonade, peach and toppings for the Carmel ribbon crunch. Out of all the Starbucks I’ve traveled to be out of so many items was crazy!

Sometimes you receive from people you least expect! Thank you Craig, Victoria and the entire team for your support to my family in times of need! My gratitud to this amazing team for their kind heart and help!

Slow and lazy with no sense of urgency duh it’s an airport ppl are boarding flights HUSTLE LAZY OR FIND A DIFFERENT JOB
