I ordered a hot latte at 10: 44 am thru the mobile app and had my coworker pick up our orders before the restaurant we work at opens at 11: 00am. She returned with the drinks at 11: 53am bc this location is right down the street. The hot latte I ordered was ice cold. I called the store and they offered to remake it, but i explained that does me no good bc there needs to be 2 people on premise because we are open - the reason she went to get coffee *before we opened*… The barista said one moment, then came back and offered to remake it again. I once again explained that I couldn’t pick it up and wanted a refund. Even though I ordered through the app, apparently they can only refund in store? Just sharing because this situation is ridiculous.

I just watched a video of your store on Ryan Trahan youtube channel and the barista in the drive thru was so much pretty, and I just want you to tell her that.

The cappuccino I had taste like paper because the staff pour the espresso in the paper cup instead of using the metal cups they are supposed to use

I just put in a mobile order, went to the store and noticed it was short-staffed. No problem, I didn’t hassle anyone about it. 30 minutes passed and still nothing, the store was pretty dead. I had to be back at home in time to meet a delivery man and quite literally couldn’t afford to stay any longer so I just asked to cancel my mobile, not in an ugly way, but solely because I didn’t have any more time to wait before I was going to be late. They said they could not cancel it, so I was stuck leaving the store, with no drinks, having paid $21 for drinks. It was just a huge inconvenience, I wish I had just gone through the drive thru because those were the only drunks being made. They didn’t even give me a credit so I’m just trying to make it make sense.

The staff at this location is always friendly, however, I seem to always have issues with drink quality here. I used to always get an iced chai, but every time I ordered here, the ratio always seemed wrong with far too much milk. I consistently get 1/3 or 1/4 of my iced matcha full of foam. This isn’t a drink that is supposed to have any foam. For $5.25 + tax I just want to get a full drink. Photos of 2/5 visits this week but this happens more often than not.

Applaud this Starbucks for there excellent Customer Service! Each staff member I've encountered has always provided top notch superb customer service. One guy in particular by the name of "Charlie" is outstanding. This guy sets the bar for customer service in the food industry! I travel pass three to four Starbucks just to only come here. You can have the best products in the world, but if you don't have excellent customer service to go along with it then your business will sink! This is why this Starbucks is the best because the customer service from the staff out shines the rest!

Being nice to all the people you know and then not even looking up when serving me. Treating me like I did something wrong for returning coffee that was room temperature. Not deserving of this 4-star average rating you got going on.

They play music so loud I can’t order a drink. They should say no seating if they don’t want people to stay.determined to waste as much plastic as possible.
Any other Starbucks has a better atmosphere.

This is my go to neighborhood Starbucks and I love it. The staff is always so amazing and cheerful, drinks are always made quickly and taste great, and the location is convenient on South Lamar. I appreciate that the staff actually gets to know your name if you stop by regularly, gives the place a very Cheers vibe haha.

Plus, if you need some lunch or have a craving for some donuts, there are some tasty places right in the same complex.

I come here every other day and let me tell whoever is reading this… 100% satisfied with their service! Always super friendly and quick! Love the morning crew

Amazing staff! It was really nice and I had my drink fast. But the reason for 5 stars is that there was plenty of room and the music was on point.

This is my FAVORITE starbucks to come to.service is quick, the workers are really really nice, and they always make my order right.i come here every weekend for work and this is truly the best place to collect breakfast:)

Had a pike place roast around 130 and it was oddly the best coffee I’ve ever gotten at Starbucks ever. Perfectly brewed, hints of mint, strong but not bitter, smooth, pure. Like woah.

This place has the most helpful and pleasant staff of any Starbucks I’ve been to. Also, the mobile ordering functionality is amazing, and doesn’t take away from the experience at all.
