Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
10Today is the new release date for some nice starbucks cups. Eveey since this morning individuals have been trying to ask the batista on shift when she will stock the shelves (mind u other stores have already done so). She rudely shrugs people off and says maybe later that morning. No type of customer service at all but was asking an albersons employee which one they wanted. This is unacceptable and now I've heard she isn't going to put them out until tomorrow. Rather that's true or not it's now 3: 50pm and noone has been able to purchase any of the new releases without explanation. I hope this is addressed because it doesn't make sense to get these cups in if you're going to hold them hostage. Other stores who are willing to sell them could've gotten your inventory if that's the case!
Only Starbucks I’ve been to that charges full price for a refill of the brewed coffee. Terrible place and I’ve been to Starbucks all over the United States!
I came in today because the cool, rainy weather had me craving something warm to drink. I placed my order, only to have trouble with my card going through. The two women who were helping me were very friendly and patient, which kept me as a customer from feeling embarrassed. As I checked my current bank statement on my phone, my name for my completed order had been called out. I waited until I knew for certain that my card had sufficient funds, and when I learned that I did, I explained my situation to one of the gentlemen who was not busy with another customer, as I did not want to walk out without paying for my order. The gentleman told me to go ahead and take my drinks for free as the problem was probably the card reader. It was a kind gesture that didn't have to be made, so I appreciate it. Thank you! And now here I am writing a 5 star review when I never leave reviews anywhere.
I ordered peach tea tranquility and was told after I paid that they were out. No big deal, mistakes happen. But this was before I had work, meaning getting a refund would take longer than to get another option. I said I wanted something fruity but to give me anything but mint. They gave me mint. This wouldn’t be a big deal except I have a mint allergy. The staff are lovely but the girl who helped me just needs more training - please be more careful.
The staff was really friendly. However, there was quite a bit of a mix up with the drinks. But, it was all sorted out.:)
Chris at the register by himself is like having three dedicated people up their doing their jobs! He's fast and friendly and able to take care of everyone! Definitely recommend you stop by!
Two days ago I went through the drive thru and ordered a hot drink. Half way through the drink I found a rubber gamut in my coffee. I dumped the coffee and went back to the store and asked for a replacment drink. The manager on duty refused to replace my drink, gave me a gift card for $4, which was less than the price of the drink, and told me she would open up a claim with her corporate office. What a crock!
I went to my regular Starbucks by my house and told them what happened. They replaced my drink and apologized for the other store. I don't recommend this location at all and please check your drinks before consuming!
Very nice and calm place to stop by inside late. It was very busy, there was like 12 cars out in the drive they then like 5 inside waiting to order. I ordered the mango dragon fruit and I got in 2 mins.very fast. The workers were very nice as I doered cause I didn't know the sizes as my 3rd time there
This is the Worst Starbucks in this area. They have no regards for the people waiting inside, every single time I have stopped there it has been a bad experience, every one of them, the latest, that just happened today and made me come and finally warn everyone happened as follows. I waited 15 minutes at the register without being helped. One of the employees that seemed to be clocking out took the computer from the employee that was working so she could enter her own order infront of people already in line waiting for service. I had enough time to reload my account and place the order online while in the store waiting INFRONT of the register. Inexcusable service and despicable attitude from the employee at the register named Lois.
There are some other ones around the area, to me the best one is on Lee Trevino, just do the extra drive, time wise, you will be spending the same exact time if not even less.
