Starbucks, Austin TX

Probably the slowest Starbucks I've been to and I've been to a LOT of Starbucks.
Not to mention they consistently mess up my mobile order and give me the wrong size.

I've had to mention my order to them at least 5 times, when I realize people coming in and ordering 10 minutes after I've been there, get there order and leaving.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life. They need to get educated immediately on how to prepare drinks to standard.

They refused to give us a drink with light ice saying “drinks have exploded due to thermal expansion”. We have never heard of this for the years we have been getting that exact drink with light ice. They were also very rude about the situation and rude about giving us a cup of water that we ordered.

Coffee is ok. Professionalism not so much. Employees playing around. No sense of urgency. I don't expect to be greeted everywhere I go. But as I entered, the girl with blue hair shouted at us, "do you have a mobile order" I wish there was another coffee place at this mall. This Star bucks has no semblance of customer service.

This Starbucks is an affiliate, separate from Starbucks. The service shows it. I asked for a wet towel to clean a sticky table. I was told there are the napkins. When I asked again for a wet towel, the barrista turn to a coworker and said very clearly, she's bitchn about the dirty table. Reluctantly the coworker went to the back and brought me two wet wipes. There were only me and the customer sitting in the back on his laptop. The woman who came in after me complained about the barrista's attitude as well and unseated her husband and two kids to leave based on the barristers attitude. I will not make this mistake again.

Everytime I visit this Starbucks the staff never fails in messing up my order no matter how specific I place the order. In addition to getting my drink wrong the staff is extremely rude and rejects my request to speak to the store manager. Since this is not a corporate store (ie: Not owned by Starbucks) the standards allow for this negative behavior to flourish. On my last visit I had to tolerate name calling by one of the associates and the team lead “Zoe” accused me of being rude to his staff when I tried to address the matter of

•Waiting for over 25 minutes for my drink order when there were only 3 people ahead of me.

• No one calling my name to let me know my order was prepared/ready.

•Drink order being wrong even though I was very specific and reiterated the order to the cashier …in fact the order sticker on the side of the cup was correct the barista just decided to not pay attention and make a completely different drink.

•The barista used dirty utensils while remaking my order and called me “Honey” and “Silly” when I expressed concerns.

•The team leader refused to contact the Store Manager essentially told me I was the problem and refused to refund my credit card and gave me cash instead to keep the tip I originally gave the store.

Girl in the blue/green hair was not in the mood today. Very slow with everything I don’t know if she’s tired from the holidays but that girl gave zero effort. Talked to me as if I was dumb. Just bad customer service overall besides the nice girl with the blonde hair. I also asked her if she had an egg, bacon, and cheese breakfast sandwich. And she told me two options and was very quiet about her answer. When I asked her gain she just looked fed up so I didn’t want to inconvenience her by asking her again so I got a bacon cheese sandwich instead. Even though I had asked for eggs with it.

They ask for a tip at the register then whisper your name when the coffee is ready. Ended up waiting much longer than I had to. Annoying.
