14The best Starbucks they are open early and have very friendly staff. I was so thankful for them for how fast their service was. There was a huge line and I wanted to get my birthday drink on my birthday before work but I was cutting it close to time but because of their fast service I made it just in time!
I visit this place regularly. Today, a new barista (or at least new to me) served me. Unfortunately, she was rude and unprofessional, as she was joking with her coworkers and didn't seem to care much about providing good customer service. Going to a coffee shop with poor service can be frustrating and ruin your day.
Everytime I visit the service is lacking. No one smiles or greets you, everyone looks like they don't want to be there and you, the customer, are bothering them. I get a simple drink and it takes forever to make even when they are not busy. You can tell this is a drive thru location, as people in the cafe get ignored and have to wait a long time for their orders. As someone who was a Starbucks manager for 8 years I am saddened and frustrated to see the customer service and quality control fall so far. There are too many other options available these days to continue going someplace where the people don't care about you or their job. Sad
I am a frequent customer of this store and I do mobile orders majority of the time with no issues. Today I did my usual mobile order and used reward points for my drink, but when I arrived at the store the barista told me the order never came through. I went on my app and was trying to open the transaction history page to show her that I had just placed the order, but the app wasn’t loading that screen. She was super nice and understanding and quickly made the drink for me with no hassle whatsoever. I really appreciated that and wish I knew her name so I could shout her out directly. As someone who goes to that store all the time, I really appreciated that it wasn’t a big deal! Thank you:)
Friendly employees. Poor design - allows all of the outside air to come inside through the back door when it's left open while employees take out the trash, or whenever you drive through order has the window open for an extended period of time. When it's over 100° outside, that allows for the inside temp to get way too warm. Also, my table was dirty when I sat down, and I didn't see a single table get wiped down in the hour plus that I was sitting there. This should be SOP for Starbucks - every empty table gets wiped down AT LEAST once an hour.

It looks like the people working here they don't happy to see costumer come in even when they take the order they very rude to talk with me today hope they change the attitude because. I feel like they don't want business
The coffee has been really bad for the past few times I came here. It feels like drinking milk. They are really cutting down on the decoction ruining the coffee experience
Went this past weekend and the service was absolutely amazing. The lady at the window, Michelle I think was wonderful. She made the drive through go so fast and gave my little ones some stickers with their drinks. It was a busy Saturday but felt so fast.
Alexis (the manager), Jay and Alyssa were wonderful. There was a customer using profanity towards the workers, due to them having a nightly rush and not helping him fast enough. As a former barista, I felt this personally and tried to calm down the customer. Alexis apologized to him profusely and then the customer continued to berate her. She stopped what she was doing and fixed their drinks, continued giving them what they were asking for (which included getting them straws which were on the counter) and apologizing once more for their delay. Jay and Alyssa were super nice, helpful and working hard to get everything out for all of the late night customers. Before I left thet wished me a wonderful evening and Happy Birthday despite the angry customer throwing them off track. You all are really a wonderful team and I am so sorry that happened. Keep up the great work!
Went through the drive thru and was told they “were closed” pulled aside to check store hours only to find out they didn’t close until 30 more minutes.
Loved the customer service 10/10 went here 2 times on my time visiting and they were speedy and so nice both times
