Starbucks, Austin TX

Really I really hate dealing with this Starbucks. It honestly does not live up to its name. The staff there is kind of rude, and they pretend like they don’t see you standing in front of them. They will ignore you they can ignore you or you speak up. I really hate dealing with this Starbucks. I just cannot state that enough. Every time I’ve ever been here, which is by my house, it always turned into a nightmare.

Sure glad ordered a venti. This was how my drink came.
Feels like fast food giving you medium-amount of fries in a large fry container and calling it a day.

I love this location and all the coolest baristas work here. This is the location I frequent the most because it's on my way to work. My orders are correct and delivered with a smile and short friendly conversation. The drive thru line can be long but these folks do a great job of keeping things moving and getting those orders out fast and accurately. Some of my favorite baristas here have been Micheal, Ella Jane, Will and the wonderful (always smiling) Noah! <3

Ordered a venti LIGHT ICE brown sugar shaken expresso and after waiting over 15 minutes, I was given a heavily iced drink. I came home and separated it bc I couldn’t even drink it comfortably. Do better Starbucks.

Your employee Tashia, she is just perfect. Very kind and helpful. She us just above and beyond. Thank you Tashia, i hope you will become a manager.

If i could do no stars I would. Waited in line for 7 minutes, one car ahead of me. Drive up to window, wasnt even acknowledged. Waited another minute and had to drive off because they had already made me late to appointment. Worst service!

I come here very often and always said this was the best Starbucks due to service. Everyone is normally so friendly. The girl with the lashes working the drive thru window at 9: 30am was the complete opposite. She was cold and just rude. So disappointing

Rude coffee staff. Didn’t care about my order online asked the cashier about my order was supposed to be done by 1: 04 now 1: 30 pm. Super disappointed in this location and how they treat people. I’ve never had a issue at any other locations always made it without me being there. Said I had to be there for the cold brew? Never had that again problem. Need to put that in the app for future reference.

Every time I place a mobile order here they somehow manage to forget or not see the drink order, despite making the food portion.

Always come to this Starbucks through the drive-thru because the baristas are always so kind! They made my day today with this little doodle they drew on my drink:)

This location has the worst management and poor service skills. I informed the manager my drink had something inside that shouldn’t be there and he told me there was nothing she could do since i did not call the store. Very rude and not polite at all.

Ordered 2 chai latte in Anderson mill Starbucks. Preparation was too bad. Not good enough to have just one sip

This starbucks does not meet the standards of the other ones.it needs more seating area, and better interior design. The manager is picky about the customers dogs.he asked me and my daughter to wait outside because we had a our dog with us, but other days I saw other customers seat and enjoy their drinks with dogs inside, and he had no problem with them. Their interior decoration is really bad, it is has a great location with great veiw of the Anderson mill Road and Highway 183, with allot of windows but the interior decoartion is not Cozy at all!

BRO I GO THIS THING LIKE AN HOUR BEFORE IT CLOSES AND IT LITERALLY SAYS ITS OPEN ON THE WEBSITE AND THEY JUST SHUT IT DOWN ITS LITERALLY SO SO ANNOYING IM HERE AN HOUR BEFORE YOU CLOSE AND YOU WONT LET ME IN I NEED MY COFFEE
