Starbucks, El Paso TX

Ticket time said 0816 here I am at 0839 still waiting on my drink. When I asked about it they gave me a little attitude. I seen people come to the register and order and got their drinks before me. They have messed my drink up before. If you can, go to another store.

Service was great! Even though there were 3 cars in front of us, the drive thru was moving swiftly. At the speaker, the young lady was super friendly and didn’t interrupt. We had our orders in no time. We love this location!

This is a pretty busu stpre, but they handle the oreders pretty quickly. They look as if they were fully staffed, and the workers looked happy and were friendly.

Do yourself a favor and drive down to the Zaragoza location. I'd risk traffic any morning from this point on for their service. I avoid this location usually because of the service and just move on with my day. Today, the guy at the counter and the guy in the drive through were both very nice. However, the two girls behind the counter were talking bad about someone (whether a customer, a friend, a bf, idk). Either way, unprofessional from the start and then my entire order was completed except for one drink. The two girls were making other drinks, which is fine, but I stood there for about 5 minutes with my hands full of my order before I stopped one of them and asked them about the last drink. Andrea.rolled her eyes (maybe she has a thing or something where she doesn't realise she is rolling them) so ill let that slide and then just said.yeah, it's coming. Not a single person greeted me or said sorry for the wait or thank you for waiting. Finally the other girl handed me my drink and just walked away. I walked out saying have a great day for them.

Just avoid this location because it hasn't gotten any better in the 3 years I've been here.

I really enjoy getting my venti caramel macchiato. Hot or cold I always look forward to it. I also tend to try seasonal flavors at the end of the week.
I load my payment rewards card through my app to make ordering and paying faster and super easy for me.
Because of the popularity of Starbucks the parking is always a hastle.
