Starbucks, Lubbock TX

These workers are the absolute best. I can’t begin to explain how nice they are and honestly really do care about if you are having a good day and even wishing you a good day. My order is a little different, but they always make it to perfection. They are so friendly with our dogs who literally dont like anyone but them. The morning crew is the group we get and we appreciate them. Coffee is always made correctly, and if it’s not, they will replace it with no Hesitation. If you are having a bad day, go see them because I promise you they will always bring a smile to your face.

Joe made this experience top tier! We had a pretty complicated order, and they took their time and made sure everything was correct. They never made us feel rushed, and they had great energy in the window. As a partner myself, I wanted to put them in my car and take them back to my store!

This Starbucks always does a great jobs with the drinks and stays super fast! All the employees are awesome. I’ve been coming here for years, and I’ve never met an employee anywhere in my life as kind as joe.

My mom and had a hard day at the hospital, and we went there afterwards to relax for a second and get some coffee. My mom's stress level was high but the the staff was SUPER friendly. Great coffee.

It was birthday and was having trouble figuring out my free drink, and even though it wasn't showing up on the app, the employee helping me out still credited it for me. She was very friendly and made my day!

I’ve started avoiding this location.
Update: Last experience I’ve had here was just ridiculous and it will be my last experience here.

I’m only giving this location 5 stars becuase the red head man that works there is an amazing person. Give him a raise please. I ordered a drink and didn’t really like it so I go in to ask if they can change it and the red head was so nice (not only to me, but to every single person who came in and out of there) while the brunette guy with glasses just gave me an ugly stare down.

I ordered a small hot mocha. 8 am not exaggerating when I say it tasted exactly as I'd they poured a hot cocoa packet into too much Luke warm water. Weak and cold.the worst I have had and reinforces exactly why I do not waste my $ on Starbucks. Dutch Bros is 100% better and better costs!

So the location at the Mall in Barns and Noble told me that I could not even BUY a cup to get ice and water because they had a cup shortage, so any other loc, such as 98th and slide, or 34th and West loop 289 has never even charged for, as I call it, a medium cup of ice water, but those idiots did not even want to SEEL me a cup and or ice water! I PROMISE I will NEVER ever get anything from that location again and if anyone ask I will tell them I would rather starve and or Thurst to DEATH before I get anything from Starbucks PERIOD again! The company refused to put their coffee packets in MRE's as well back some years ago and because I am prior AD Army, that did not set well with me either, and was not but just with in the last year that my wife even got me to get a water or anything else from them but I can guarantee it will not happen again!

Friendly staff and the parking lot/drive through has a nice setup that doesn’t really get congested.
