Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
16Stopped by in the drive thru after a long day of work and the guy who took my order, josie or josiah? Don’t remember it was a bit ago.anyways.he was did a good job at making my night with good service.hope he gets everything he works hard for
This is our new favorite Starbuck's in northeast El Paso. Through the west facing window you have the most stunningly beautiful view of the Franklin mountains that you can enjoy while you sip on your coffee and relax a little at the start of a new day. More importantly than the view are the amazingly wonderful people who work there. We are still learning names, but Mariah and Joey have been very welcoming to us, as well as all the other employees who work there. Keep up the great work guys! People like you make all the difference. We appreciate all you do for our community.
Horrible! Ordered on app to save time on way to work girl at drive thru extremely rude drink was super watery and not good forgot other part of my order gave me attitude when I told her unbelievable!
Horrible experience! I was treated badly and not given proper costumer service and when ordering was givin bad additude when ordering. She didn’t even ask what size we wanted and ignore us when we ordered a grande vanilla iced coffee.
The drinks were good, but the service sucked. The girl acted like we was taking along rime to oder and tried and rushed me. I got go often, and people like today are the reason
Good coffee, I'm all for legit service animals but this lady had no control over her dog. It was jumping up on counters and no staff told her to go.
Is this a health violation at this point?
Update: will give Props to the Mgr who had the person go outside and brought her drinks out. Wish this was quicker but the Starbucks team helped.
The coffee as always excellent and everyone super nice but this one girl named Mariah was the rudest employee i have met i asked a genuine question and she rolled her eyes at me and answered in a talking down manner but once my guy friend asked her something her whole demeanor changed its like she likes guys better than girls lowkey
Place was fine like any Starbucks, reliable good coffee, but Mariah was really rude. I asked a genuine question about the menu and was given a weird look and condescending answer like I should’ve already known that. Please train employees on how to be decent human beings.
This is the rudest Starbucks I've ever been to. We ordered using the app when we arrived the lady in the drive-thru told us it had only been 2 minutes since we had ordered. When I told her We had ordered more than 2 minutes ago she became even ruder and basically called me a liar.
It's ok for coffee that is ecologically devastating and harvested with children's hands. It really brings out the flavor.
I being going to that Starbucks for the last 3 years. They are so friendly and always get my orders right. They always have a smile when they greet you
Josie treated us with such kindness and respect. He made our coffees and made suggestions of where to go in town. My son explained that this was his first stateside Starbucks coffee in a year as he had just returned from a Middle East deployment. He was excited to have the coffee. Josie was wonderful and gave him a dessert too. Such a great employee. Stellar customer service. THANK YOU!
The customer service is always lacking. They made a mistake on our order and tried to act like it was our fault. They don't hide how annoyed they are to work here.
Tried to order a Frappuccino in the largest cold cup they have, but I was told that the Frappuccino doesn't come in that size. So I left and got what I wanted at McDonald's.
I tried to get a Frappuccino in the largest cold drink cup available, but was told they don't serve that drink that big. I used to be able to get what I wanted as long as the cups were available, but I guess the new policies are not to make each customer experience a great one anymore.
The staff looked a little short handed but still greeted us with a smile.
I just won't be going back to any Starbucks anymore.
